This store is wonderful! The service is prompt and friendly and the store is so well stocked. Even when the staff is busy, they ensure everyone around them is addressed and, above all, everyone seems very happy. Great work and I’ll definitely be returning.

Outstanding customer service!!! The staff is attentive and extremely knowledgeable about all the products. I was looking for a specific ebike bike (which no other store had) and they picked it up for me at Trek in Brooklyn. They do not mislead, are honest and are absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Brian and the Store Manager, Mike go above and beyond to make every experience simply pleasurable. The Trek Summit store is top notch.

Service at this location has been absolutely great. Walked in to check out a bike, nothing was really in stock. John K. was my sales person and chatted about what I was looking for in a bike and directed me to the Marlin series and was willing to put me on an order list to have the bike ~ in December. He checked other local stock and found exactly what I wanted in the Allentown location and suggested I call them. The man there (I believe his name was Mike) found the model asap, called the Summit location and shipped it over where I proceeded to pay. Once it was delivered I called a couple of times to check on the status (Took slightly over a week to have built due to lack of techs, not the stores fault at all) and asked for updates. The rep who updated me (I believe her name was Teresa C., based on the receipt) was apologetic, understanding, and patient. She noted our conversation and told me Id get an update towards the end of the week. Got the call 8/29/2021 that the bike was ready. Went in and Teresa was there to help me out, answer questions, and let me test out the bike before heading out and making sure I had the gear I needed (sold me a portable pump and tool set). She had one of the techs/builders (I feel terrible I forgot his name and it isnt on the receipt) give the bike another once over and answer any further questions about the bike. he pointed out a deep scratch found on the bike that happened during shipping and was very apologetic. He allowed me to get a discount on the bike which I very much so appreciate, given the expense of the bike and how it was damaged prior to me even seeing it in person. After all was said and done he chatted for a bit and suggested some beginner trails for me to check out and gear to consider down the road. Although it took a little bit given the state of things, everyone who worked with me went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted/needed. This is the first bike Ive actually ever bought since I was a kid, and the process was great given the amount of care everyone at the Summit NJ location provided. I have already recommended this store to friends and I plan on coming here for future purchases/service. Also, the bike itself is fantastic quality and tuned up perfectly! Again, great service.

Its all about customer service. Trek staff are always helpful and patient. They give no pressure to buy anything.....you go and think it over and come back. FELIX at the Summit store was extremely helpful to me. Thank you for him. Whoever is doing the hiring at Trek stores is doing a great job. Ive been to 3 in NJ and PA in the past week and all are awesome. Good team.

Went there to talk to them about some issues and they were very understanding and helpful In looking into it for me. Hopefully they can assist me in my concerns. I went to Summit Trek to get my new tires installed (2 MTB Trek bikes). Spoke with the manager and he was very accommodating. Work was done fast and efficiently. While waiting, Ivanna was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions regarding with my bike. She gave great tips and suggestions on trails as well as what could be my next bike. I also want to mention that Ivanna even helped me bring the bikes to my car👍🏼😃.Overall, the whole Summit Trek Team was amazing! Highly Recommended!

Man that crew at Trek Summit is the real deal!I started there because Ian Miller and I connected before he transferred into Summit.That Summit store, Ians team, and the whole experience is really great.Part of the reason I went with Trek in the first place was the combination of TT bike quality, the service experience / culture, and bricks and mortar locations easily accessed from my home. While the Summit store is just a bit further for me - Ians doing a fine job with keeping those wheels spinning at Trek Summit and his team mates are right in line with the vibe & experience that keeps me coming back.

Congrats on the opening of Trek Summit ! I didn’t realize it was so new when I came in on Saturday. I came from Jersey City to try the Electra Townie Go. Everybody there was super accommodating, knowledgeable, kind, and down to earth. I included a photo of the bike I bought ☺️ we went for a ride along the Hudson last night .

During this pandemic I picked up mountain biking. I went to Trek Summit, not only do they have the place set up for proper social distancing and face mask requirements, they filled me in with all I needed to know about my new hobby and how to keep my bike running at top performance. I’ve recommended Trek Summit to a few of my friends already. I purchased a 2021 Trek EX 8 which is a full suspension bike. They set up the full suspension exactly to my weight. The ride is like no other. 10/10 for this place!

We tried calling them, they never picked up. On the website it showed that they have the bikes in stock. Once we got there they had only road bikes and full suspension bikes. If you want to buy from them, I highly recommend you call them and they answer.

Great customer service!! Brandon was extremely patient and very helpful through every one of my five-plus phone calls while I was trying to decide which bike was best for me, and which optional equipment I needed. Never once did I feel rushed while asking numerous questions. Thank you Brandon!

I came in desperate for a repair. My de-railer had broken off. I walked in off of the street without first calling and the bike was fixed within 15 minutes. The price was also very fair. The staff was very courteous as well. Overall a great experience

Horrifying customer service. Only signage on door were hours starting at 11am. No answer on phone. When we walked in we were greeted with “we’re closed you need to get out”. We said sorry and started to leave as my husband asked do u have bikes for me wife” and he was told “get out and we’ll talk to you” in a harsh rude manner. We’re all stressed but no reason to be so rude. Would never give them my money!! Hilltop and Bikekand were awesome customer service!

Ian, John and Keith were all very friendly. Ian helped my son learn how to fix a flat tire for the first time. They were very helpful with recommendations for new equipment too! I would definitely recommend Trek Summit! We are looking forward to coming back for some of their special events soon as well!

Came for the Black Friday sale and fell in love with the fx 2 disc in Alpine Blue. The issue was that my car didn’t have the space, so they offered to hold it for us. Well, extraneous circumstances saw to it that I could go pick up the bike for a week, but when I did they greeted me with the same smile and enthusiasm and rolled out my blue beauty. They even honored the sale! Could not be any happier, and I’ll be willing to drive the half hour there again for anything I need. Btw, ask for Brandon, and tell him Indrajeet sent you, cause he’s the best!

Went in got a new MTB, but the Summit store had a wide range of bikes to check out. The folks working there were great, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Talked through numerous options and differences between models. Very helpful talking about how the bike would work fitting into how I planned to use it. Very helpful team of folks who I would recommend my friends go see.Additionally, I like how Trek has given back and supported the wide ranging bike community. I love their help of development programs like NICA, fielding womens and mens pro road teams, the growth in gravel, CX, and MTB options, and supporting equality of the womens side of cycling.
