One of the worst experiences with auto insurance in my life. Zero confidence in this agency after my policy was cancelled twice even though I did everything asked of me in a timely manner and had auto pay set up for my payments. It took 6 months to get an explanation in 3 different manners that were not consistent from the people working there. Huge disconnect between the agency and back office that does billing. Spent hours out of my day to go there in person after numerous phone calls and emails exchanged. I suffered a no fault car accident when a car ran a stop sign and hit my passenger side of my car. Not once was I notified that a no fault form should be filled out during the hours that I was there within 30 days of the accident. My attorney called an 800 number for State Farm and had the form sent to me to sign. Im in the process of moving my homeowners and both car insurance policies to a local State Farm office in my neighborhood and did the same for my parents for 2 homes and 2 cars they had with this agency. My patience ran out with this agency after working with them for 6 months.
