Johnny came out to look at my black tulip magnolia, which is struggling. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He gave me a doable plan to save my tree. While he was out he also looked at my cammelias that have camellia scale and fungus😳 I now know what I’m dealing with and how to treat it! Highly recommend, very professional!

Ive hired Natural Directions for a number of jobs, including tree surveys, evaluating and grading the health of larger trees, tree removal, tree trimming, and tree fertilization. Theyre good folks, and I enjoy working with them. They get the job done. Theyre responsive and good at communicating. Theyve always honored their quotes and managed the jobs well. I highly recommend them.

We have had the best service from Natural Directions of any tree service weve ever used. And once we found them, weve used them exclusively. Their certified arborists have expertise in treating trees as well as trimming or removing them. I contacted Natural Directions LLC for an arborist consult and spoke with Johnny--I was unable to have a tree removed based on his findings. He however provided me with additional information that may help me. He responded quickly to my online email and followed up with his findings quickly. We had trees that needed to be trimmed and cut back because of damage over the years and it has never been done since we planted them over 9 years ago. We called 6 tree companies to get estimates. All but one company returned our calls. Four companies told us a price on the spot and I asked them to email a contract to us. They never did. I had two trees removed that were both very close to the house and it all went well and safely. The salesman John was very professional and pleasant. He was there to instruct the crew each morning. It was 100 degrees out and the crew worked very hard. Very pleased with the entire experience. Affordable also!
