Worst tv provider ever had! Rabbit ears work with more regularity. I am disconnecting because everyday, several times a day, fair weather or not. It goes down. This is infuriating. Installation disconnected my phone. They replaced my hopper which deleted all educational programs I had recorded, yet did not fix anything. I am told they cannot call YOU back as there are no outgoing lines. Lies.you have to be transferred to several departments while you are aggravated only to be told they cannot help you will have to call back. I had Direct tv for 8 years. Never 1 problem! We thought we could save money. Wrong. You have to have another provider such as Netflix for when it storms or it just goes down. Everyday there is a pop up that says unplug you box and plug it back in. The amount of channels are lacking. On Demand is underwhelming. There is no jumping commercials as advertised. It say fast forwarding is not allowed at this time. If and I say if, there are savings the aggravation and quality are not worth the service at half price.

By far the worst customer service ever. Do not do business with this company of scammers.

They never answer the phone. You cant watch their tv during any kind of storm.. just so over it. Just answer the phone so I can cancel due to my HOA not allowing satellite dishes...
