George took on a time sensitive case to serve someone legally but never even sent us an invoice and then went on vacation. I’m not sure why he promised to help us but he never did anything with the information we gave him, which was extensive on the person, and never kept in touch with us, we always had to contact him to ask what was going on. He wasted three precious weeks that the next person could have used to help us track this person down. Very big let down and extremely unprofessional.
