Went in for a fill on Thursday by Saturday most of my nails were lifting and when I called they said come in on Monday. Walked in on Monday and told me it’s because of my natural nails and that is just what happens we can just glue them. Just to let you all know I’ve always had my real nails no tips and getting them done for 30 years never has happened. Definitely not worth the money for the tip I left left

Nice salon. Clean and very fast service! There were a lot of people but my daughter got a full set and I got a pedicure and we were done within an hour of arriving. All the ladies were very nice and friendly. We will definitely return.

I love this nail salon! I’ve never been unhappy with my visit there, it doesn’t feel rushed and doesn’t take too long either. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences trying to find a good place for a pedicure and I’m so glad I found them.

I’ve been to a few nail salons in the area and distinctive nails is my favorite! Cathy, hands down, does my nails better than anyone has ever done them in my entire life! She pays very close attention to detail in the sculpting, cuticle, design and the over all experience. She does an amazing job running the shop and has excellent customer service. She has restored my faith in the industry. Lastly, I’m rough on my nails, these last me up to a month (if I let them grow that long lol) and 0 lifting/chipping!

This was my first time at Distinctive Nails. I made an appointment for acrylics not realizing that what I wanted was actually a full set of dip nails. They still made the time to get it done. Hanna did an amazing job on my set. She didnt rush and was very particular about her work. It was a 30 minute drive from my area of Summerville, but totally worth it.

Staff was helpful and friendly. My whole experience was wonderful.

I found Distinctive Nails after a few bad experiences at different locations in the area. As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted and they asked what services I wanted to have done. The wait time was very little even though I had not made an appointment. Instantly I felt this place was different. It was nice and bright, clean, a great atmosphere and great pricing.To make things even better the work they do is clean, efficient and beautiful. I have never had any issues with the services provided. However, I have seen the staff take care of concerns clients have with either a chip, a touching before its dry mistake and they always look to provide the best customer service.I quickly became part of this salon family and have been coming consistently since day 1. It saddens me to say that I had my last visit last night since I am moving cross country. However, anytime I come back to the Charleston area I will be stopping in to get a dip mani, deluxe pedi and eyebrow waxing.

I have been to Distinctive nail several times. This time I paid $100 for gel pedi and eyebrowWax. The lady I had never seen there before but literally sanded the skin off the side of my toe and punctures my cuticle. When I asked to not to make my eyebrows too thin with wax not only did she make them too thin she waxed the tail off my right brow leaving me with no arch. It may be time to find a new place. This one seems to be going downhill fast.

Love the maintained, new look, clean atmosphere the customers are spaced-out. Infection control procedures are in place. Very efficient and the prices are very reasonable as well. Before you enter the door you have to be mask and use hand sanitizer as soon as you stepped in before you sign in there are petitions between you and the technician they wear face Shields and mask and gloves. I feel very safe here. ❤❤😁

I went in there and spent $68.00 on my nails and the day after my pinky nail completely came off, i called and they told me not to come in the morning to come later in the afternoon before closing and mind you they close at 7 so i show up at 5:30 and they told me they could not do it that she had to go get her daughter..she was not the only worker there, there were people sitting doing nothing... poor business 😡

I have been going here for a year and a half. They are awesome. The salon is kept very clean and the technicians are very efficient. Ive noticed the ones who dont do as well dont stay long. They have a big selection of dip powders and gels (including glitters). And they add colors all the time. They can do designs, ombres etc. My favorite part is that appointments can be made via FB messenger.

I went here today for the first time in order to have my lifting nails, compliments of Beauty Nails, repaired. Joey did a FANTASTIC job! The rest of the staff was just as friendly. The place is clean and inviting. I will definitely be returning!

Linh gave me the best manicure of my life! She shaped my nails beautifully, and I love the powder dip manicure she gave me. She is so friendly, professional, and fast. I felt 100% comfortable with her, and highly recommend her. My nails have never looked so good!

Not impressed at all for the price. Was charged 50 bucks for a fill in and toe polish change. Nail polish is uneven and streaky. Tips of nails werent capped and there are like bumpy spots on some nails that werent filed down correctly. Felt rushed as well. My Polish has chipped after 2 days.

Ive been here a few times without complaint. Today was completely different I went in and they were so busy they couldnt do a walk in so wanted to schedule an appointment for tomorrow.

They are up to date on all the modern nail art and their supplies are fresh and not out of date. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!!

Professional staff and excellent quality services! There are three options for pedicure and absolutely worth the price: quality of the products used, cleanliness of the facility (a brand new construction--they use bowl liners and amazing modern and clean decor), and attentive staff. This is my favorite place that feels familiar!! Im hesitant to recommend because then it will become crowded lol... overall an absolutely lovely experience!!

So I was getting a pedicure. I don’t get one a lot but I do like to have it done at least one a month. When she was doing my skin around the toes she pull off a whole strip of skin around the big toe and the nail. I am in so much pain now. And I pay for the 40 dollar pedicure And the skip the message part. My nails look good but when you are getting a pedicure make sure it done in small pieces when you getting the dead skin around.

Nails went ok, but it smells heavily of nail polish remover and gave me an instant headache. It was also very hot inside and felt very stuffy making it a little hard to breathe in combination with the harsh smell. Needs better air circulation for sure.

I got a gel manicure and (regular ) pedicure on October 24. The facility was clean and the staff was professional, however today is 11/6 and the polish on my fingernails has completely peeled off! In addition to that, I have hangnails on every finger. I did not have these prior to the manicure. This has not left a good first impression.
