Waited home all day for my package to be delivered. Signature required since it was a high dollar value item. No music playing, no movie, and my daughter was at school so it was quiet. Driver says he rang the door bell and knocked. I live in a small home, so I would have heard either of those noises. My dog did not alert, and he does to the doorbell or a knock every single time. Pretty sure the driver just did not want to deliver the item. Now I have to take time out of my day to come to the customer center because of this. I am not sure whats going on but this unacceptable service. Will be installing a ring doorbell, so I have video of every time a delivery driver does not even try to deliver the package.

I did not receive my package….. The Driver Marked It As Putting It Inside My Locker Room But He Did Not. I Have Gotten With My Landlords Who Have The Master Key To Open All Lockers But My Shoes Werent In Any Of Them. The Lockers Are Coded And No Two Ppl Have The same code Also The Landlords Dont Have Copies Of The Codes. I Reached Out To The Proper Ups Ppl But They Kept Telling Me To Reach Out To The Shipper Because Maybe My Shoes Werent Shipped But Before The Shoes Are Even Shipped To Me They Have To Go To Another Company To Be Verified And Authenticated Before I Even Get A Notification That They Are Shipping…The Previous Day I Recieved Pair Of Shoes From The Same Website. I Want A Full Reimbursement Of What I Paid For My Shoes Cause I Even Called The Dispatcher On That Friday To Make Sure My Shoes Would Go To The Right Place And They Still Did Not!!!!!Sent from my iPhone

UPS location in Summerville, SC is of no service... my packages always gets taken back to their location. UPS truck pass my house daily, but never delivers my package. I was told by the UPS driver to go to the Summerville office to inform them of what is happening (my packages is never on the driver truck who delivers in my area) but again no straight answer as to why my packages always gets taken back to their location for me to pick up from their location. The postal service and FedEx both delivers my mail/packages to the exact same address with no problem.

I was a courier from American Expediting traveling from Raleigh to Summerville I think South Carolina but anyways the customer service lady there was night and then a supervisor I forget what her name was she came up there & for the package I had anyway she was really nice to nice friendly people

Waited inside about 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter to ship something out. There was no one to be found. Anyone could walk in there and help themselves to all kind of package and 2 cell phone that were laying around.

Update!!!!!!!! It is not the 11th of January. No attempted delivery and no information other than for me to please contact them via private or direct message and that they are sorry their service did not meet my expectations. I guess it is too much to ask a delivery service to deliver. Too bad they dont answer their phones this might be able to be resolved if they would actually take the time to talk with customers. Terrible customer service! They claim to have tried to deliver to a warehouse at 7PM when clearly the warehouse would not be open for receiveing during that time. Called to find out when it would be delivered they tell me they cant say it is whenever the package comes up for delivery on the truck Unacceptable!!!! Will instruct all my vendors to use an alternative delivery service from now on.

Major disappointment.I was sent to this location thru a representative on the phone that said this location could ship hazmat items.Well they were wrong, this out of the way location of over 1/2 hour was horrible. The staff person at the customer service desk should be reassigned not to interact with customers. Totally unprofessional and dont care. I guess she either had issues that day she brought to work or she couldnt wait till I left to lock the door.I still have items to ship and just wonder now how I will get them.

Employees are very friendly and helpful and service is pretty quick. My only gripes are that the keyboards you need to type on to print out your shipping ticket are disgustingly dirty. And also, theres too much touching or physical interaction between employee and customer. Hey UPS, theres something going on you may have heard of, its called coronavirus! And youre doing a bang up job of helping to spread it! Try to do a better job of eliminating the things the customers need to touch, like the keyboard to print shipping tickets, the pen to sign sales receipts, etc. Other businesses have transitioned over to limited contact standards. Why cant you?

The staff here is very helpful. Keep in mind this is where you pick up packages if yours didnt get delivered to your home, this is NOT where you ship out from. You cannot do both in one place which is a little bit of a bummer but no big deal.

I came to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered but I wasn’t home to sign. The staff offered to help me load it but I did it myself. What stood out to me was the fact as I did it an employee named brad walked by and asked if I needed help even though he had no obligation to help. I hope that he gets recognized for his excellent customer service.

Customer service was fine. Recently I came by on my way to work after their posted hours of operation, only to find a hand written note saying that they wouldnt have their customer service area open until 1030. This was a major inconvenience since I went based on their regular hours and I could not stay and extra 45 minutes to wait for them to open.

I thought that UPS was well run...boy was I wrong. New address not on GPS so instead of calling number just let package sit for two weeks without any notification. On another delivery package arrived damaged - appeared to have been dropped. Another time they were supposed to pick up a package - sat on porch for two weeks still havent come to pick up. Fedex had no trouble finding address but UPS doesnt make even minimal effort to resolve issues. Not sure how they stay in business. Will only use them in futureif have no choice.

I have been waiting for days to get my package. I ordered 3 phones from Verizon 1 was shipped with FedEx, I got that on time no problems. the other 2 they used UPS. I have no idea why!! I went to pick up the phones as I was told theyd be there, but NO... they were still on the truck. So I gave them the corrected address (Verizon forgot the suite #) not sure how true that is, seeing FedEx had no issues. Anyways, they were supposed to delivery it the next day, well they didnt! I was supposed to get them on Tuesday it is now Thursday. and of course they have no phone number to be reached. so I guess I am going to have to drive an hour away again today to go pick up my phones. all I know is they better be there or find a way to get them to me. I will never use ups again and if a business uses them I will shop else where.

They dont deliver on time, and do not give notifications about why. I called in to Support multiple times and was promised if it says Out for delivery that means Ill have it that day. Next day comes and still no package, call support back, and no notes about why it was delivered. The office is closed on the weekend but someone can scan a package at 5:54am? Missed the deliver after tell them no one home after 11:30. Then I call tell her I want to come get the package she says they close at 6. I rush into 5:00 traffic find the place with like ten minutes to spear. To hear well its not hear after the request to hold it for pickup. Its still on the truck but u can pick it up between like 7 to 8 . Ups the best service around.

In the past it would have been 5stars but lately they have been slacking. One visit another customer and myself had to wait 15mins because no one was at the desk. The second time I called agead to have my package held and told them my husband would be picking it up and gave them his name. They said it was ok as long as he brought in his id. Well he did and she still wouldnt give it to him. I had to go there. I didnt have my id to pick up the package so she said I couldnt get it. I started dialing customer service and she goes oh no your husband showed his id you can take it. Which made no sense at all..

They suck. Delivers your packages to the wrong house and wont be held accountable for retrieving your lost package. They leave it up to the customer to get the lost package. And deliver drivers are people who cant read a address, and wont double check the house address with the package address. Delivering at night doesnt help either. They still cant see the house address even when its clearly posted on the house and mailbox. Come on UPS I expect better. The USPS has yall beat, even FedEx is better. Avoid UPS at all costs ! Just called to find out where the package is. The notice says delivery next weekday by 10:30. The web page says Saturday. I call and the automated voice insists I have the latest information and asks do I still want to talk to customer service. The rep tells me the same thing the voice does. I am supposed to complete a small survey at the end of the call. The customer rep does not hang up and tells me to hang up. Once I hang up I dont understand how I would complete the survey. She finally hangs up and a Spanish speaking operator picks up. I dont speak Spanish. The package is 3.5 hours late. My daughter wont leave the door and I dont know what is going on. Amazing.

I had a package that weighed 50+ pounds and they wouldnt bring it to my door on the third floor and dropped it off at the rental office. I cant bring it upstairs, so I have to get someone else to do it. When I purchased it I was assured it would be delivered to my door. Had I known this UPS driver would not deliver it I would have used Federal Express which I can count on to bring it to my door.

This is for UPS in general as I dont know if this center is where our package is. Wednesday July 3, despite both my husband and I being home, our package (containing insulin syringes specific to his pump) was not delivered and instead a note was left on the door. The note was signed and indicated the instruction to leave the package. Nothing on July 4 (b/c diabetics suddenly arent diabetic on the holidays I guess). July 5, waited all day. We both were home, again. But no, not only did the delivery driver not knock (a repeat of their actions on July 3), they also did NOT leave the package on the porch and instead left another note! I am furious! I called the 800 number for customer service and they tell me that it wont be delivered again until Monday and that I cannot pick it up. I explained that these were medical supplies my husband needed that are already two days late. They claim to talk to their supervisor and send a message to the dispatcher to contact me but nothing. Absolutely nothing. UPS will get a lawsuit from us to pay for his medical expenses if he ends up in the hospital because of UPS failures and incompetence. Its pretty pathetic when USPS has been delivery records and customer service than UPS. I am steaming mad right now.

Makes absolutely NO sense. My package arrived at UPS on Friday the 30th at 6am. I was told that my package will be delivered on Saturday the 1st. On the 1st my package said out for Delivery. Around 530 or 6 oclock PM, I contacted UPS, to be told that my package was still in the building. I spoke with a representative and was told that they can hold my package for up two 3 day. (IVE NEVER HEARD THAT BEFORE). I then asked if I could come and pick it up, representative told me that I have to wait for a phone call back letting me know if I could come and pick it up or not. So here it is Friday the 6th, and still NO package. Ive called once again, and this time was told, that they couldnt deliver it cause of the weather. Just to let everyone know,, I live 10 mins away from UPS where my package is at. So I told the lady, so my package cant be delivered in 90 degree weather?? No rain in sight. She tells me, just cause its sunny where your at, doesnt mean its sunny here. I asked to speak with the manager, well she hung up on me at that point. THIS IS A BUNCH OF BULL S**T.

Frustrating!! The UPS driver cant find the largest shipper/receiver in the state of South Carolina. I use a mail/UPS/FEDEX shipper/receiver place for all my incoming and outgoing materials. No problem with anyone but UPS. They cant seem to find the place. They pick up and deliver there EVERY day but cant seem to find it to deliver my items. Wish there were a way to choose a shipping method on Amazon. It would not be UPS.

Absolutely horrible. I have called at least 3 times to see why my package wasn’t delivered and received little to no information each time. I have even gotten email notices saying that they have tried to deliver my package but I’ve been at my delivery location with out seeing a truck. I’m sorry to anyone who has to deal with this company’s location. It’s 3 right hand turns out of their facility and they still can’t get it right. Now I have to pick up my package. If I wanted to do that I would have just purchased the product at the store rather than ordering it off line and just paid the extra amount.

Never deliver to the actual address on the package. They deliver to my office so that they can save some time, but that results in me having to drive to get my packages when I am paying for them to be delivered to my home!! Get it right UPS and start doing your job the correct way! Deliver to the address on the package!!!! One time, I get it. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!They are unable to deliver or find our package. Local store said it was not given to them by the driver and to contact costumer care. They told us it was at the Distribution center. Then they told us it was on the truck because the local store wouldnt take it. But the local store said the driver never attempted to give it to them. CORRECT address and shipping information was given. First, they said the street number was incorrect. Then, they said it was a vacant lot. Then, the property was vacant. I suppose to receive package Wednesday and today is Saturday and i still have not received it, customer agent once again promised its going to be delivered but i still dont have it, now they are telling me i have to wait till Monday. The local agent told me that they just hired a new driver and he is not familiar with the area. So what exactly do i have to do with that? Ruined our brand debut!! I contacted ups customer service at 2:13pm to have a package picked up that evening. Still not understanding how a check can be left on my front step, but branding material couldnt be left at an apartment front office.....anyways....I was told I could come pick the package up at this location on Farmington drive between 730 and 830. When my business partner arrived he was told that the trailor with ALL of our branding material was locked and the package was not retrieved as promised.This is our brands debut. Launching at event selling apparel with no promotional material to send customers home with. No banner for immediate brand visibility or recognition.No corporate. No one to call. Nothing can be done until Monday. Monday I dont need it.I am livid. Terrible experience.

I paid an additional $ 12.10 (already free shipping) for expedited UPS 2nd day air, for a medical device.It arrived four days later with no explanation or apology. I would guess the merchant free shipping would have arrived in about the same time frame. Obviously (UPS) kept the $12.10.

It seems that every time we order something on the internet and that vendor uses UPS for delivery that half of the packages get lost. Sometimes they deliver to a neighbor. It’s ridiculous. When you call they say that they will talk to the driver and call us back. The callback proves useless and you end up having togoback to the vendor and have they’re ship.
