Love this place. But they definitely need to clean the exterior of the building and concrete. Other then that clean inside nice loyal owners clean machines

I had an issue with a machine (wouldnt take money or card after putting the whole $5 bottle of detergent in a machine, rated for 6 loads), and since there was no attendant on duty and couldnt talk to a live person when I called the posted phone number for I decided to go somewhere else.The owner called me a half hour later and made it up to me.

Its a good place, its clean, it has security cameras. The washing machines and dryers are in excellent condition. It has area for money exchange and sale of detergents. It is open 24 hours. I recommend it.

I like going here because its always open and in general its pretty clean and the machines run well.

Ive been coming here at least 4 years. I love free dry February. They are the cleanest and have the hottest dryers in the area.

Can get messy from messy people, but the staff tries to keep it clean. Staff is friendly. I usually go to another place, but its so crowded on Sundays (I was here on a Sunday afternoon). This one was on my route back from somewhere else I had to go so I decided to try it out.Not too crowded and the prices arent too bad. SOME machines take credit or debit cards, but not all. It seems to be just the larger ones.It took 40 mins to dry my clothes (a lot of jeans) completely, but thats normal.

The only place where Ill go do my laundry when I have to use a laundry mat. Its always clean and I love the fact that I have the option to use my credit card instead of having to use change.

Nice laundromat. This is temporary until I get ny washer/dryer. Everything worked fine, except for the soda machine outside, which ate my money.

We had a queen sized mattress pad that needed freshening. I had not been in a laundromat in many years. This place is well lit, spotless and they have a ton of machines. There are several commercial sized washers. $10 and it handled that big item with ease. The machines also take a credit or debit card. Perfect!

Was waiting on my electric dryer to arrive, so I chose this laundromat to do some laundry. $6.00 to wash and dry a load of laundry for me that day. The place is clean and well lit. Debit or credit card options on some of the machines is nice. I would definitely use this laundromat again if I had to.

This is the 2nd nicest laundromat I have ever been to. (And that is saying something). It is 24 hrs, the building and bathroom is clean (which is rare for a laundromat). The cost to wash is $7.50 and dry is $1.50 but it depends on how long you want things done. No one bothered us here (which is nice). I will be coming back.

Free wifi, plenty of baskets on wheels to cart laundry around, always clean, open 24/7, tv if youre bored, everybody is polite but leaves you to do what you need to do. Change machines on the back wall, vending machine for laundry supplies, drink machine outside and restrooms in the back corner. Its a nice little spot.

Long time since Ive been to a laundromat. This one is very much state-of-the-art and up-to-date. I like the fact that the large washers and dryers let me use my debit card. This is very much unlike the old days in that its very clean and well lit and theres adequate parking an easy to get in and out.

Very pleased. I use this location regularly to wash my bedspreads and comforters. I am pleased that I always feel safe and comfortable here. Facility is clean and the card readers are a benefit to not have to go on a quarter search before washing.

I have been washing clothes there for over a year. Never had a problem till yesterday.! Someone has stolen my daughter’s clothes and some of mine also. I have been trying to look for a number to call management haven’t found it.

Nice Laundromat. Clean. Big. Plenty of seating while your clothes wash & dry. Bathrooms clean. Laundry carts were a little wobbly and could maybe have a few more folding tables. Overall good experience.

Love this laundromat for those times when I have gotten behind in my washing for one reason or another. All of their washers and dryers work great and the facility is clean, well lit, and open 24/7! They even have some months of the year when you can dry you clothes for free!

DRYERS ARE $1 FOR 15 MINUTES OR $1.50 FOR 20 MINUTES!! I WASHED, BUT WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO DRY! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!

Terrible service I had my money taken from a washer machine this week the whole $10 coins so I called the customer service number at least 20 times still didn’t get an answer would not recommend to anyone some of the dryers also doesn’t get hot makes it a waste of timeUpdateThe owner finally contacted me saying he had issues elsewhere long story short I was told I would be receiving my money back and a little extra for my hard time. Would be nice to have someone working their for problems like this in the future . Other than me having to reschedule my wash day, have my blood pressure rise sky high from all the times I’d dail customer service, the owner did his job return my call and handle the issue!

I went there with a mound of laundry and 2 kids yikes!!! I usually do laundry at home but decided to try and cut down on my laundry time. I can not express how great my experience was the facility is spotless and the gentleman running the establishment was amazing he was very kind, helpful and patient.

Really clean when I started going there last year, in the last months it has changed, now anytime I go in there are left behind dirty and clean clothes all over the fold tables and the washing mashines are starting to smell of mildew

They have plenty of space and its clean for the most part. Free wifi is available. Also for the month of February they have free drying of your clothes.

I have used this place for about 10 months, as far as laundry mats go, its alright. Today I found poop on the floor in several locations, the trashcans are overflowing and the place is just gross! I wont be back. There are way to may clean facilities in summerville to wash my clothes. When I called the number on the door, the guy blamed it on the cleaning crew, he wasnt even surprised at the poop! Do better sir!

Clean with good machines. I expected it to be a lot worse (its a laundromat) but it exceeded my expectations. The patrons here are a little sketchy though. Some obviously homeless people hanging around, begging for money, one guy was even going around asking people for a ride somewhere. As a lone female, that stuff makes me feel very uncomfortable.

I have been coming to this laundromat for 2 and a half years now but no more! They have recently raised the prices on the washers and dryers and they even more over priced for what you get($.25 for 4 minutes!)..and the owners dont hold true to their word. I did them a favor months ago when one of their dryers broke and was unusable and they never sent me the money they promised. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Where there are not occasional cockroaches on the walls or constantly in the light fixtures since they are NEVER cleaned.

This laundromat is clean and offers Wi-Fi. Each washer or dryer accepts credit cards or coins. The change machines dispense dollar coins as well as quarters. Also the area feels safe.

I like that you can use a atm or credit card.

Power went out last night at 12:30a.m. today 12/28/17 right after I put my clothes in the wash. My clothes soaking wet. I took my clothes out the wash went home to call these people so I can get refunded my husband left a message. 3:00 a.m went back and the power was still off. 9:00 a.m. Im calling and calling I still havent gotten and answer. This is ridiculous.

Even on busy days theres always a washer and dryer available and it is well maintained...clean floors and tables!!

Used it once so far. Its more expensive than the other place I have gone to a few times, but this allows cards.. do they have free Wi-Fi? If so, it would work for this college student! If not, Id prefer the cheaper one.... even if it means I have to make sure quarters are in my pocket.
