I have went to various places ALL over Charleston and Dr. Thomas exceeded my expectations. My injections were the least painful Ive ever had, his technique was superior! My lips usually swell and the lady at the front desk advised me to take Arnica before and after my treatment. This place knows what they are doing. Youre in good hands here, I will be back!

No one ever dragged me to buy unnecessary products of any kind. I am still in a little recovery yet I feel great. They don’t over price you nor give less for your money. The Doctor is fantastic. He explained everything he was doing -what the products do. From fear of some other place in Summerville I’m feel great I found Palmetto Med Spa.
