We are in the process of moving and in need of new sofas with little to no time to shop around, Shaundra called me with in an hour of reserving the couches we liked online and took care of everything quickly for us she even found something better.Im very happy with the service we received. Shaundra was professional and courteous.

Worst service ive ever received. was put on hold 10 times!!!! took 30 mins to go over an application that i already filled out online. people were rude, I asked if they did weekly a/c rentals and the lady laughed at me!! then said the minimum rental was one month. then tried charging me for a deposit that i already paid! did not do business with them due to their poor customer service. now i have to wait for my $50 deposit to be refunded, nothing but a headache.

I called in back in December about a living room set and Will was nice enough to assist me and set me up on a payment plan that I was comfortable with. Will and his team will go over and beyond to find just what you are looking for even if that means reaching out to another store and getting them to take pictures so u can see what you are getting and they wont pressure you into anything and thats one thing I like about these guys and they keep the jokes coming for an added bonus. Laughter is always good for the soul

I had been to about 6 or 7 stores trying to find what I was looking for. Yesterday I went into Buddy’s and Shane was very helpful in helping find what I needed and what I wanted. Not only did he meet my standards for what I wanted. He explained the whole process and made it clear enough for me to understand what exactly I was paying for.

Store manager has great customer service! ..I went in and came out with what I wanted!!! I will be back!

Will is the best! No issues and always pay my accounts off. I do run into trouble from time to time where I cant make a payment but the manager Will always works with me. I highly recommend them if anyone is needing to RTO because they know the true meaning of customer service!

I placed and paid for my order since 10/03/2018 and has yet to receive my washer and tomorrow 10/19/2019 is my first payment. I have called the store several times and have been getting the run around. Excuses after excuses. No apologies from the manager. They said they will deliver it today. I am very disappointed and I will never use the Buddys on Bacons Bridge, Summerville again. Very unprofessional.

Wonderful prices, less then RAC or Aarons, friendly, great quality, staff really work with you, been renting with Buddys over a year. No issues. Just finished my contract, going back to get something else, probably a living room set.

I am a bit upset with this company. I have a washer being serviced that has yet to be returned, it has been several months now. To top things off they took it upon themselves to autodraft my payment without my permission. I called about this and was promised a call back...still waiting...
