The only reason I give 1 star and not 0 stars is because of the Parts Department, they have been excellent. I have worked a couple of times with Philip, he is very helpful and knowledgeable.Unfortunately, can’t say the same for the Shop Service Department. I’ve called 5 times over two days. Each time I get transferred by the receptionist the call goes directly to voicemail. The receptionist has transferred me to different numbers to try and make contact, but still unable to talk with a person. I can understand that people are busy and can’t always answer a phone call. But, what is the point of having voicemail if you don’t follow up. I guess they aren’t interested in dealing with a private individual, because no one has had the decency to return my calls.

Theres some good people there. The manager has turned into a real shady person and charges people 1.25 to 1.35 percent on freight on top of what they were charged.

This is a sorry shop dont send your dpf to them to clean all they do is lie sent my filter to them they said they cleaned it sent it back under a different shop name to test them then they told me the dpf they just cleaned needed to be replace after they said it was a good filter
