Truckers ...... this place have no management and they don’t care if you get loaded or not, detion time ( ask for it before you pick this load ) they don’t seems that they have a manger here employee don’t wanna work, lie and telling you to wait and wait ..... don’t go to the shipping office after 2 hours call dispatch and let him know ....don’t listen 2 what the people in the shipping office say .... Trying to figure out how this place is still in business ! Lost an entire day waiting here ! From 2:30 pm till 1:30 am the next day ! Not to mention my buddy got here at 7:00 am and left at 8:30 pm. Either do a complete overhaul of all employees or no one will ever pick up a load from you guys again ! The 1 Star is for the nice ladies in the guard shack and shipping office everyone else here is completely worthless

I gave 3 stars because security ladies are very nice, and they allow overnight parking. Im not sure what happened here, but when I have got loaded in the past, it was under 2hrs. Last night I waited over 10hrs to be loaded wasnt expecting that, hope it gets better with loading times there.

8hr to get loaded, very bad

One star is definitely too much. I had a driver arrive at 1600 on 05/01/2018 for a 1900 loading appointment. When he walked in the warehouse about 0300 (still not loaded), it was empty. Everybody on that dock/shift, went home. They came in again about 0600-0630 and told my driver they still needed to put on two pallets. Nothing happened until 0945. At this time, we were told it would be 15 minutes and he would be loaded and out. Then, they took a break. When they came back at 1000, the proceeded to put the last two pallets on and he was released at 1010. 15 hours after his scheduled appointment, he was loaded. That is after they had his trailer locked into the dock for 18 hours.

Loaded 11 .18 .19 . 4pm Security friendly shipping friendly best part they let u park overnight if u have no more hours. Please dont thru ur p... of ..... trash driver. Thanks 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗😋😋😋😋😋😋aka fatboy28

Used to be a great place to work, but it sucks now. they treat employees like slaves. constantly readjusting your pay so that it benefits them and not you.

Great place to sit if you dont like money. Ive been here twice for loads that were suppose to be drop and hook(combined 50+ hrs sitting and waiting for them to decide if they were going to work). All the carriers should scratch this place. No idea whos in charge and how its still in business. The Cooperate office got to know

This is the absolute slowest place anywhere. If you go here you may get a 34 in. Dont go if you can get out of it. Charles Ray and Stevie Wonder could do a better job than the underacheivers theyre giving a paycheck to at this place. Run

These guys Need Jesus we waited 8 hours to get loaded and we still didnt get loaded got frustrated told them to F off and take unload whatever they loaded for those 8 hours.

I had a 6pm appointment I arrived 3 hours early, as I arrived they gave me a door. About 12 midnight I went to check on the progress because I was concerned about missing appointment at Walmart for delivery. Spoke to warehouse manager who informed me that they will start loading my trailer 2am. And currently only 5% of my load was process my warehouse so far.... THE ONLY REASON FOR ONE STAR IS BECAUSE THEY CANT BE RATED ANY LESS THEN ONE...

This people think that it is ok to take two days to load a semi truck and even though they appear to speak English they did not sime to understand when I tolled them that if they dont load the trailer with on an hour, they were loading it for 6 hr already at that point, that then they will have 1/2 hr to unload it and if they dont I will pull off the dock and unload it for them right there in the front of the dock. This are some very dumb people... Just giving you heads up truckers on what you might encounter there....

Worst place to pick up a load from. Mangers arent worth (****) a penny I would like to say something else but I want corporate needs to look into place. There supervisor Terra Johnson is very unprofessional when talking to Drivers.
