Jason is very responsive and easy to talk to. I actually look forward to our yearly get togethers at tax time!

Jason took the time to learn my situation and gave me a good deal on cpa service. LaterI reached out in the pinch after 2 years and they were able to retrieve the document! Really great talking to them through the process.

Jason Moore is not a man of his word.Multiple times Jason led us to believe that he was working on a case for us with the IRS.In contacting the IRS ourselves, we found out that he had not followed through with the IRS as he said and as a result our case was closed.Had Jason been doing the work he actually said he was, he would have known the case was closed.When we asked for a copy of the document he said he sent to the IRS for us on our behalf, he was unable to produce it and finally admitted that he had not done it.Jason does not return phone calls or emails. The only way you can talk to him is to walk into the office.Not a trustworthy business.I do not recommend Pathways Consulting.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! We called numerous times, sent numerous emails to check on the status of our taxes after having dropped off taxes in Feb 2019 and got no response. In May of 2018 I got an email saying they were missing information, I resent the information. I went to the office and finally they were there ( I had been numerous times prior and it was closed) I was informed at that time that they filed an extension (never got our permission) also told me they needed my signature (first i had been told) . By this time I was so upset I left forgetting my copies of 2018 taxes. A few weeks later I received a letter from the IRS advising me of fees for filing late. I still have yet to receive a copy of my 2018 Taxes. I did get an email apologizing in Aug 2018.....

I would definitely recommend Pathway Consulting to anyone looking to get his or her taxes prepared. Jason Moore did an excellent job in a very timely manner. He was friendly and easy to work with.

Excellent Quickbooks overview from Jason Moore of Pathways Consulting LLC yesterday. I brought a list of questions and left with an actionable strategy. Pathways offers accounting, tax, government compliance, small business consulting, and other services in addition to QuickBooks training.

Weve been using Pathways Consulting for years and they always do an amazing job! Ill continue to use them for years to come.

They were always nice in person but I can never get a reply to my emails, my taxes took 5 months to complete, after finding out when I went up there that the IRS was needing information from me, and I am still having a horrible time getting a response back unless you have time to leave work to actually go up face to face no questions will get answered.
