If I could give zero stars I would. One of the truck drivers pulled right out in front of me with my three kids in the car and we skid across the road. I called the company to report the driver and the person who answered hung up on me. Get a tow company that actually cares about people and their lives. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!You’re response below is a lie and you know that. You could have cared less about my children and I. You don’t even know what driver it was! You’re a horrible company!

Brooks Towing has been a lifesaver numerous times for my company. I reached out to them, I got someone on the phone right away, he was able to provide me with a ETA of about 30mins and charged 1/2 of what other companies have charged in the past. I will definitely recommend Brooks Towing to everyone.

First time using this company and I have to say this guy was PROMT!!! From call to tow was around 20 minutesNever have I had a tow truck respond that quickly... usually an hour or two right?? And the price was better than fairGonna have to get another tow to the shop and will definitely call them again!! Wish I could remember the guys name but it isn’t on the card, anyway 5 stars for this company

My daughter and I were on I-26 coming home from the beach when we blew our tire from a piece of wood on the highway. We pulled over on the basically non-existent emergency lane and called this company. They were out within 20 min, towed us to get a new tire, and was so nice to me, my daughter, and our dog!! We rode in the tow truck and had a great conversation....they were a life saver and I feel like we’ve made a friend. I recommend them 100%. Their service and professional turned what could have been a horrible situation into a great lesson for my daughter and an enjoyable adventure:) Thanks got everything guys!!

Called on a Thursday night about 830 9 and they sent a guy out to tow my F250 super Duty 4door with ladder rack and all and was literally half the price of Davis towing

I called to inquire about getting a metal container from James Island to Moncks Corner...... he told me the price and I literally about passed out! Every other tow company I called was between $300.00 and $800.00! His price was well below that! I gave him the addresses of the pick up location and the drop off location and the next day him and his driver called and said that the driver was about 5-10 minutes out from my house! We were in Goose Creek doing a job and asked the driver he could wait about 15 minutes until my husband could get there, the driver “ said no problem! I am pulling into your yard now” the driver ( sorry can’t remember his name) was patiently waiting on my husband! I called the driver back on his cell phone to let him know that my husband was less then 5 minutes away. The driver said “ tell your husband that he didn’t need to be speeding, cause I am sitting in your yard playing with your old black lab”! The driver had me cracking up laughing on the phone. Long story short my husband pulled into the yard and the driver greeted him and asked were we wanted the metal container at my husband showed him and he dropped it EXACTLY where we wanted it at!! We have used other towing companies before to drop off a truck, our boat, and even several smaller buildings in the past... showed the other companies exactly where we wanted them at then walked into the house or around the house to come back to them just dropping them where ever they wanted to!!! A driver that came out to deliver a small wooden building about a year ago asked where we wanted it. I had the area roped off and I be darned if the driver dropped the shed about 8 foot away from the location, had the building crooked and put the building up so high on cinder blocks that we had to use a freaking step ladder to get into the building! Called the company and was told that it was our problem not their!My husband was so impressed with the driver and Brooks towing with their professionalism, attitude, demeanor, and just the over all respect the driver had! The driver even picked up the 8x8’s that were under the shed ( that we didn’t even know was there) and brought them with him. My husband never ever tips a tow truck driver but he did this driver!!!! I WILL ONLY USE BROOKS TOWING FROM NOW ON!!!!! From the drivers to Mr. Brooks himself they went above and beyond for us! The whole Brooks towing family are GENUINE, PROFESSIONAL, AND JUST AN AWESOME GROUP OF PEOPLE!!!! Sorry for the long story but not truly sorry about my long story! Lol

Extremely rude people especially the lady who was asked to please stop blowing your cigarette smoke in my face .. I didn’t come there upset I came there to get my car that was towed due to my fault .. for the guys and lady to surround us as if we were going to cause problems was a very uncomfortable feeling at 10 o’clock at night.. definitely felt un Easy as my nephew who was here visiting from the army ..not ever black man is trouble ma’am!!!!
