I enjoyed working with the technician. Since they were open on the weekend, I didnt have to wait until Monday. He was able to quickly schedule me and even when I dropped the ball in communicating my tenants confirmation of the time, he still came. What my tenant was complaining about were some fumes and smoke from a stove 4 years old, but then the repairman was able to confirm, explain and even show to the tenant that actually there were no gas smells. Only that the stove has a feature in which condensation comes out from the top section as part of keeping the temperature constant. The smoke was as a result of the oven not being completely clean.

The business name is misleading as the company invoice lists a different business name. The representative did not want to do the assessment during the quoted time frame established over the phone. The representative showed up in a regular vehicle and was unprepared to follow through with the repair even though the brand of the appliance was provided over the phone. The diagnostic took less than a minute and left me as a consumer dissatisfied. Book with caution.
