Everything has been great! The entire process has been smooth and everyone is so nice and helpful. My first night “home”, I felt comfortable and safe.

I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT FOR A YEAR AND I LOVE LIVING HERE!!! RILEY IS AMAZING!! RILEY IS ALWAYS SO NICE AND WILLING TO HELP ME! She IS CHEERFUL AND MAKES ME FEEL LIKE A VALUED RESIDENT!! Maintenance always comes the same day if I have any issues (which have been little to none!) My apartment is updated and very neat and clean! I’m enjoying my stay at Summerville station! They are affordable and accommodating!

Summerville Station has improved since new ownership. I like all the new and upcoming improvements that is being done. The management really listens to its residents.

We have absolutely loved our time at Summerville Station. We had an upgraded 3 bedroom that was beautiful and we loved the location. Our favorite pizza place is basically next door and we loved being so close to Lowes food but still head into Charleston easy! The staff is also amazing! Ryley made the process a breeze and if we ever had any problem, she was always there to help with a smile.

I have enjoyed living in this community because of the people I have lived close too. The community has had a few staffing changes in the past few years. I am happy and optimistic about the most recent changes with the new community owners.

Great Apartments. In a perfect Central Area youre next to the gym you next to the grocery store youre next to a few Mexican restaurants. Youre next to you a few pizza places. Youre next to a few breakfast places. Youre next to Walmart, Neighborhood Walmart, Food Lion, Bi-Lo, Aldis, Lowes Food Market, and let you be honest thats pretty incredible. All these places are no further than 5 minute drive. You cant beat that so do you discover the washer and dryer. They are excellent units. The gym room is not very big but its got what you need. Also if you want to just go for a walk around the complex its very relaxing very nice. Youre surrounded by trees, Cattails, shade, it right behind the whole complex is the best soccer field or baseball field depending on what you prefer to play. You cant go wrong with this place its definitely in a possible deal to be with what is give it to you. I strongly encourage you to check it out the staff was awesome very friendly

Summerville Station Apartments are a nice area to live in. They are very convenient to businesses and grocery stores. All of the staff have been courteous. I like all their amenities, and I enjoy the green areas of our apartment community.

New management is unprofessional. Pool and grills haven’t been accessible since July 2019. No updates given as to when residents will have access to the amenities our lease states we are to have. Forget ever getting follow ups with management. You physically have to go into the office in order to get answers to anything. Which usually results in lies so it’s a waste of time. Drug dealers are constantly around. Management has done nothing to address it. Updated apartments aren’t completely updated. Still the same old tubs, toilets and blinds. Thin walls, floors and doors. You can hear everything your neighbors say or do. Management cares more about sending emails about a Holiday Bizarre then cleaning up the property!

Ashley and Whitney are amazing to work with. They made the process of moving into the community. The community is clean and quiet, and we love our new place. Thank you girls for everything. Seriously, made the whole move painless!! I would recommend this community to family and friends.

I have lived here for almost a year and love the community and staff. They are attentive to your issues and needs within their control. I love the new upgrades & building colors they have completed this past year. Keep up the great work!

I couldnt of chosen a better place to relocate from fl to sc than this place! My family and I stopped in for a visit as we may be moving to the area. The new management team was very friendly, knowledgeable and made use feel very comfortable during our visit. The maintenance team was also out and about and very friendly and polite. We loved the property and for us is top place if we do move to town.

I love living not far from Charleston. This is a great location. I live in a one bedroom here. I just moved and I have had nothing short of a great experience. The staff is great too.

Ashley and Stephanie are great property managers and are very responsive to any issues I have had. Extremely helpful and friendly. I have not had any issues worth noting while living at Summerville Station.

Been here almost two years... In the past the community had its issues...but definitely has took a 360. Its definitely amazing living here... Very quiet and convient for me and my family. The new management is awesome; willing to make sure you are comfortable and happy with everything here. I definitely would recommend this community to anyone in search of a new home.

LOVE living here! So relieved to have found this gem in Summerville. Nice location, good neighborhood, friendly staff, decent rent! The new property manager, Melinda, is wonderful. Also great maintenance staff- its always a pleasure to see Matt working so hard and always so friendly.

Summerville Station is a place that you can actually call home. My neighbors are friendly, the property is well-kept, and Im really happy that management opened the pool early this year! The apartments are a little older, but extremely cozy and the maintenance staff are friendly and do a great job fixing things when they break! The new Property Manager has been great at communicating and addressing any issues Ive had in a timely manner. I definitely recommend living here!

The office staff is amazing! The maintenance men are efficient and quick. Their making a lot of get improvements and I can’t wait to see the final product!

This place has been fantastic overall and a great place to raise your child. Just as of late I’ve seen new residents moving in not particularly summerville station Friendly but besides the lingering outside now and a lot of activity at night from these individuals, it’s a great place.

DO NOT MOVE IN!!! It is NOT save.They rented an apartment to a drug dealer who was living right in front of our apartment and there was a drug bust. My pregnant wife almost got a heart attack because of the police commotion. We requested to move out because it was not save and they denied it. We moved out either way and they put a negative report on my credit for $900. They took advantage of us because we don’t have money to pay a lawyer.Mold on all windows and a very nasty in-facility laundry room, too.I wrote a review here and they somehow took it town. Here it is again.

Stephanie and Ashley were really quick at being able to get me into my apartment. I was going through some really tough times and they made the process so easy. Also, the apartment was newly remodeled and is the best looking apartment ive ever lived in. James and Rebecca are really good maintenance workers and are very professional. The staff really changed how I feel about living in apartments.

We have lived here a little less than a year and while we would never have imagined signing a new lease several months ago, we will at this point. They brought on a new property manager, Melinda Fernandez, who is doing a great job. We have had a few issues in the year we have been here, and the complex has been through 2 property managers during our stay so far, but she is so on top of everything! We do not have to wait anymore for action to be made and things to be addressed! We greatly appreciate her efforts in making our life so much easier!

Great location! The gym, grocery store, and gas station are all within 1 minute of Summerville Station.I like how cozy it feels. The pool appears to be recently remodeled, and looks fantastic. They even have a outdoor shower for rinsing off when you get out!The property has a lot of great shade trees spread throughout it. This really helps in South Carolina as yall know. It also helps to break up the property, and add to that cozy feel. The residents add to that as well, as many Ive met have been very friendly.

Beautiful quiet community with a great location

Its a great place to live, friendly office staff, fast maintenance service, and a great pool area. Grocery store and has station within walking distance, plus some great restraunts. My wife and I love it here.

No major issues, constant renovations to buildings which is nice, grounds are nice lots of trees and grass. unfortunately rent jumped up pretty high, area is starting to become unaffordable with one income

These apartment suck. Ive been here for about 9 months and ive been living with roaches since I moved in. I also recently noticed I have black mold growing in my window sills. I love the staff Melinda is doing the best she can with what little she has to work with. I feel bad for her because is being asked to turn water into wine. Im currently attempting to do whatever I can to get out of my lease for my comfort and my health

I live here for 6 months now and problem i see is staying on Level 0 and its not suggested. There will be 24 hours roof vibration and crunching sound while someone walks on upstairs. It irritates me a lot. Try to avoid it by mostly staying outside during daytime and playing some music during night. But sometimes the sound is so loud that it wakes me up. Dont have any option rather than completing my lease and move out.

This WAS a nice place to live. My boyfriend and I were the victims of a shooting and because of this shooting Summerville Station considered that breaking the lease and pretty much kicked us out of the apartment. They were not understanding that we were the victim and tried to tell us the shooter was a guest when in fact the shooter was not a guest and came by unannounced. Melinda seems like an understanding person but if she doesnt like you shell try and find anything to get you out of the apartment. She did a bad job of explaining why we had to leave and kept repeating herself like a broken record because she knew we didnt know what to do considering this has never happened to me before. Ive spoken to multiple property managers and they have all advised me that what Summerville Station did was wrong. Just be careful if you decide to live there.

This is the sorriest place I have ever seen. They take forever to fix anything and then they want to charge you to fix. They have told residents that they can’t fix the water problem after the snow storm and they need to contact their renters insurance if They need accommodations. I am just trying to figure out what people are paying for. Price is really high and even higher if you have a pet. The apartments are not even in good shape. I do not live here but I know a few that does and all they do is complain and I have seen what they complaining about. I would never live here!

They are rude and never pay attention to what you say.We had a terrible experience here and DO NOT recommend this place at all!The assistant Towanda Green doesnt hace good manners and is disrespectful with customers.The manager is never in the Office and doesnt answer to you.Wish we never lived in this place.
