Disappointing and frustrating experience. I called Asap Glass & Mirror in March and scheduled an appointment a month later (based on Asaps availability) in April to replace my windshield. I was fine with the one month wait as one person had recommended them and I wanted to use a locally owned, non-franchise business. Unfortunately, on the day of my appointment and during the period that my windshield was to be replaced, Asap called to tell me that a tech had called in sick - which is understandable, but that the earliest they could reschedule my appointment was for June - which I do not understand. I am skeptical about whether I was told the truth about the reason for them cancelling my appointment. In any case, that is, in my opinion, poor customer service.

AMAZING!!!! I had a VERY short timeline to get my windshield repaired and they worked to get me in within a day and a half of calling. I was so happy with their mobile service, very quick and professional, I would say maybe 30 minutes total to completely replace the windshield and charged me LESS THAN HALF of what safelite wanted. 100% recommend!!!!!!

Used them for my front car windshield and my house windows! They did it very quick in about 30 mins. It was pouring down raining on the appt day for my house and I called to reschedule since they wouldnt be able to work in such bad weather. They showed 30 mins later when they had a moments worth of clear weather! Definitely recommend them and very very fair pricing! Thank yall!

I am beyond pleased with my experience with ASAP Glass! I had a huge crack that ran across my windshield impairing my vision, so my husband called ASAP Glass and spoke to the receptionist who was so nice and helpful and immediately ordered our new windshield and told us our technician would come to our home to replace it. WOW! We were so impressed! 2 very nice technicians came to our residence and took the time to explain how the windshield was replaced and then did a great job with the replacement, not only were they extremely fast and efficient, but were also beyond friendly! Without a doubt they go above and beyond – GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Would highly recommend ASAP Glass!! They are professional, friendly, well-trained, and deserve nothing but the BEST of reviews in my opinion!

This is my second experience with ASAP Glass. I live in Baton Rouge, but was in Sulphur visiting family when I needed my windshield replaced the first time. I was so impressed with their service that when the windshield on my other vehicle got damaged, I gladly drove four hours round-trip again to have them do it. I will never go anywhere else. The office staff, the technicians.... truly amazing team. If only every business could be run like this.

I had to have a crack repaired on my windshield. I called around 11:30 or so today and the crack was filled by 1 pm. The receptionist was very helpful, they worked seamlessly with my insurance, and they came to me! The technician was pleasant, very skilled, knowledgeable, and he took pride in his work. He explained everything to me thoroughly and was so fast I could hardly believe it. The whole process was painless and it made my day all the better to know my worries of the crack spreading are over. I highly recommend ASAP glass & mirror for your glass repair needs.

I had made several calls around town to have my windsheild on my truck replaced when my son told me to call ASAP Glass in Sulphur. The lady I spoke with was so kind and very professional answering all of my questions with patience and knowledge. She had made my appt for the following Friday and called me back that afternoon with a cancelation wanting to know if I would like to have the work done on Wednesday instead and of course I said yes. The guy actually showed up early. He got to work right away and before the hour was up had my windshield installed. Oh and I forgot to say they were actually the only ones that would do on-site installation. Best phone call I made that day. My neighbor saw him at my house and just as soon as she feels comfortable enough with all going on already has a couple of jobs for them. They are actually cutting me a round glass this coming week for my outside table! Very reasonable prices also. You cant afford not to call them! Awesome people awesome work!

I had a windshield replacement. Turns out the windshield had a leak. They fixed the leak at no extra charge and I have a warranty. I recommend them to everyone!
