They wanted a $40 dollar deposit which is good but I live in DeRidder, and their shop is in sulphur

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with Hunts TV repair. I was trying to get my 65 tv repaired under warranty, and I received conflicting information that cost me several weeks in the repair process. First, we setup the repair, and then they said they were just waiting for a screen to arrive. Then, they stated that they did not have enough credit to order the part. Then, they said that they had the ordered cancelled on them, which was not the case. They took 2 weeks to state they couldnt do it. They have set me back several weeks, instead of just telling me they couldnt do it up front.

Great service, great customer relations, and reasonable pricing! Would certainly do business with this company again. If you need a TV repair, calls these guys!

Exceeded my expectations! We brought our tv in at 9:30am & picked it up around 2:30pm. They were knowledgeable about the product, made a quick diagnosis, and affordable. Saved us from buying a new tv!

Had just got a brand new Samsung TV that after opening had a line on the right side. Was bought online so Samsung warranty had to be contacted. After a little bit of running around Samsung contacted Hunts TV. They were very prompt with contacting me and informing of what was going to unfold. Even notified me they were in the middle of moving locations and may be a hair slowing than usual on response time. Im in service myself and really appreciated the honesty upfront and stuff just happens that we can control. So finally all my parts came in and repair day set. Two guys showed up and with in an hour all my problems were fixed and my tv is looking just like new should. Thanks Hunts Tv!!!!PS samsung did cause a few headaches and did stand behind thier product once I found an English speaking American. She took care of my issue promptly and talked to Hunts TV and got everything rolling.
