Dr dawson was incredibly rude. has HORRIBLE manners and bedside manner.. will NOT be using her again. dr stephenson told me that a rash “just happens” didn’t explain how or why. he said that and said that’s it. & walked out.

Couldnt find any other way to voice my opinion...My sons appointment was at 3:45pm. We arrived 10 min early. We waited an hour before FINALLY being seen. Then I go to checkout and 3 front desk ladies told me they couldnt help, they were leaving. So one girl is left to deal with 3 people waiting on her. While the other 3 chat.I had to wait an hour in this office to be seen. They cant take 2 seconds to take a form from me. Really, Id LOVE to get home too!? Usually I rave about this office. Today Im appalled.

My kids have been patients for about 9 years now & I couldn’t ask for better care for them! The doctors are very patient & sit & actually talk & take time to explain everything with you! I also like how much they include the kids when they examine them & question them!

Excellent facility to bring your children to for all of their health care needs, very caring and professional staff. They have several providers to choose from. Our little ones have been seeing Dr. Stephenson for the last 2 years and we couldnt ask for a better physician! Also, the night clinic is a life saver when it comes to getting refills for my oldest sons routine medication without him having to miss school.Thanks, for all that you guys do for our family!

Very thankful to be seen on short notice on Saturday 8/23/2017..They fit us right in..The kindness, care that was given was well appreciated from the doctor, nurse and receptionist. Even though my stepson ended up at Memorial Hospital the next morning with complications. We were infact happy that the physician at the Pediatric Center was right on track, with guiding me in the correct knowledge on caring for my STEP-SON.. My eagerness to continue the care for baby, caused me to leave my Tablet. We were the last to leave on Saturday..When I turned around, they were gone for the day..For they have family to!!!!

I LOVE THIS PRACTICE! This is where I take my kids when I’m visiting town and need medical care. Doctor Richert is so kind, caring and knowledgeable. I love his staff. Imso grateful to have them for my Louisiana visits.

Took my granddaughter to Sulphur PC. Staff was NOT friendly or helpful in any way. The waiting room is ugly and not kid friendly. The doctor was friendly but very non chalant. Would not recommend Pediatric Center in Sulphur

I loved the pediatric center up until I finally got proof of my son having a severe milk allergy. We discussed epi pens and were told he was too small and that he did not need to see an allergist. However, this week I tried a new doctor in a different practice maybe a week or two after his last appointment... I explained the concerns and what his blood test had shown which the pediatric center had walked me through.. Immediately after I left I had a prescription for 2 epi pens, a referral to an allergist, and a new place for my son to regularly go see a doctor who truly cares about him. I have loved the pediatric center however I will not be returning, now or for any future children. If you are an allergy parent, or if you have serious concerns this may not be the right office for you. They would rather beat around the bush and push it off incase they outgrow it without truly protecting them while you wait to see.

Alright I love bringing my daughter to this clinic but I will refuse to see Dr. Stephenson again the rest of them I have no problem with. Hes never told me anything rude he gives you these looks like you bother him when you bring your child cause shes sick. Thats not right. You should always treat the patients and the parents with respect unless you want them to stop going. My daughters doctor Is Doctor Richert Jr. Not Doctor Stephenson I do NOT want my kid seeing him again. I will say the other staff are very friendly and doctors too. They rest are very respectful and caring.

My kids have been going here for the past 6 yrs. All of the Drs have been wonderful to myself and my children but I prefer to use Jr.

I love the clinic here in Moss Bluff but I hate when I have to go to the clinic in Sulphur, I go only when I have to. One of the receptionists is down right 100% rude.

I would not recommend any parents to this center. Our child used to see a pediatrician in Madison, MS. We moved to Calcasieu Parish early last year and started bring her to Pediatric center (both Lake Charles and Sulphur). The front desk personnels are not consistent, while one said this, other would say opposite. The doctors (our daughter has seen 3 doctors and 1NP) would try to move on as quickly as possible, no matter what is our concern.My husband by accident scheduled a check-up for 18 months visit when our child is 2.5 years old. I normally did not pay attention with those, and brought her to the center according to my husband, we found out that there is not a wellness check-up at that age. During that time frame, our child had eczema so I brought her to the doctor 1-2 times/week for 12-14 weeks periods. So the doctor just happened to ask us how is her eczema is doing. I said she was okay, her medicine was about to run out, you did tell me to call you for refills, but since i am here, can you please do so. We walked about with a full-bill. Also due to her eczema, she got infections from the areas where she scratched, so we went back and forth with 4-5 different types of antibiotics. I was telling the DOCTORS that my child had allergic reaction to pennicillin family antibiotics, however, they kept writing prescriptions for penicillin, amoxicillin, etc. The cycle of allergic reaction of antibiotics, steroids to calm down the reactions, and then more antibiotics kept going for months. If the doctors had spent more times to each patient and listened to what had happened, this would not happen at the first place.Recently, we planned to move her to a different daycare. New daycare policy required doctor signature confirming that our child does not carry any contagious disease. The center refuses to do so for us without us going through a daycare physical/exam.I am disappointed.

Only one doctor i refuse to see. Sr. Not a good doctor at all on any ways. But love this ace besides that!

This place is really just awesome and super fast

Love the place my kids have been going there for yrs, theres not a long wait, staff is nice and friendly the only thing is some of the doctors there are not as good as others so there are certain doctors that I wont bring my kids to see, my favorites are Rogers and Stevenson.
