Fast to load very helpful no issues

Fed ex freight has refused to deliver a very small load of floors (34 boxes) to my residential home. They offered to meet me at a gas station on 171 highway. Which is worth the $400 we paid in shipping costs and very professional. Still not sure why they couldnt use a smaller truck, which we know they have. Then Fed ex freight couldnt bother to make a call to me stating they cant make appt allowing me to wait 2 days. They lied and said they called & there was no answer. Once again very professional. Fed ex claims that Build Direct only takes the money without looking at maps or considering drivers. Seems that Fed ex freight shouldnt have signed a contract for delivering for Build Direct. Maybe, Fed ex freight thought that they will only deliver on big main roads. FYI: WE HAD A SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY(75 BOXES OF FLOORS) FROM BUILD DIRECT 2 YEARS BEFORE TO THE SAME ADDRESS WITH NO PROBLEMS. GUESS THAT WAS A DIFFERENT COMPANY THAT WAS SKILLED ENOUGH TO COME DOWN MY ROAD. Wish I could give them a zero star. UPDATE:::::::::::: We ended up picking up the floors at a gas station 5 days later. Half our floors were damaged. The driver was very nice. Hopefully, Fed ex freight will learn to let use smaller trucks for resendential areas. Not every client lives on an open road.
