Horrible would never go back ever! My phone worked better when it had my cracked screen. Let these clowns fix my screen my phone is ruined! Phone goes off won’t come back on then have to take it back here only to wait hours for them to fix it and then when I leave there’s more issues with my phone my phone is trash now and all because of this place! This place is a joke! Won’t even put my cracked screen back on or give me my money back! Waste of time! Won’t recommend or come back. Save the hassle go to Lake Charles!

I originally took my phone to AT&T since Ive been a client of theirs for 32 years and they kept trying to sell me Direct TV instead of addressing the fact that my phone was not working. So after wasting an hour there I decided to take it to fix my phone to see if they could help me. Immediately once Tyler looked at it he said it was my screen and thats why it kept going black and was not responding to touch as well as flashing. He said he could fix it in 45 minutes, which he did and now it works great. Tylers personality was wonderful and should I have any further issues to bring it back in and he will take care of it. I have no problem recommending or bringing our phones back to fix my phone.

100% recommend this place. My phone was fixed within 20 minutes and for only $130. My screen was cracked and my LCD screen was blacked out. Fixed my screens, put my SIM card back in & still had all my apps, photos, contacts, everything!! If I ever have any problems I will definitely be going back.

Stopped in around lunch time to have battery changed out of my iPhone se. The store is very clean and service was excellent. Their prices are pretty reasonable and it only took bout 45 mins. Great customer service! Walked in to have my iPhone screen and possibly a speaker fixed. He fixed it in less than an hour. He explained that my speaker didnt need to be fixed since often times its because of the mesh screen, that is apart of the screen, that gets dirty. He gave me the quotes right there at a very cheap price.I picked up the phone and he confirmed it was working fine and no need to replace. I just really appreciated his honesty and everything about this service was professional and I am very satisfied and will come back again! So thank you!

Amazing! Busted my IPhone 7 screen a few weeks ago and tried to keep using it. Everyday it got worse with less functionality. I made an appointment with Jason to replace it and seriously had my phone back in my hand within 20 mins with a beautiful new screen! I have to say that Fix My Phone in Sulphur does business like I wish everyone did. I went in with a dead phone and my mind in a panic. Jason greeted me in a very professional manner. I was convinced that the internal battery of my phone was dead. I was prepared to pay whatever it cost to replace said battery. Jason checked it out and determined that the battery was fine. He told me that it was probably the charger. He took his time and explained every thing that I could do to check out the problem. Jason could have easily sold me a new battery and I would have never known that I didnt need one. Jason has definitely earned my business for any future phone issues. I’ve been here a couple times for a cracked screen on my phone. My husband has been there to replace the charger inside his phone. They have always been very nice and helpful. Excellent service, and I never have to wait long.

Excellent service. I was selected for a free screen repair for a Father’s Day giveaway. Fixed my screen in less than an hour. My home button was also cracked, and the very well could have been dishonest that would have cost me losing my phone or paying a lot more for repairs. When I was going to buy a new phone case, he sold me a cheaper, more reliable case then I originally had chose. My phones screen was shattered, went on eBay and purchased a LCD screen for $24.00, I took the new screen and my phone to the Fix My Phone and they fixed it for $66& some change. My experience, horrible. Although the person working here was great, this company put a cheaper screen on my car phone 7 plus than what Apple would have, and charge the same amount. Then he didn’t put any sealer around my phone which made my home button stick up. They didn’t have any and they’re a phone repair store. I’ll never return nor recommend them to anyone.
