If I could give this rental place lower than one star I would.I made reservations for a vehicle days in advance, I called the store several times to confirm that they would have a vehicle available. The day came to pick up my vehicle, I call the morning of to confirm again. They told me the vehicle I was renting was being cleaned and would be available by noon. I get to the store at noon only to be told they had no vehicle available. The lady assured me that she would call me back because she was getting a company van that I could rent instead. So I left with the understanding that they would still fulfill the rental. I called them for hours with no avail. I finally get to the store to discover that they had closed the store down and evacuated without even a courtesy call. My family was left scrambling try to figure out how we would evacuate from the storm. I am angry at how the whole situation was handled and wouldn’t recommend using this company to anyone I care about.

The service here is great the people are always helpful and my cars are always clean. I use rental cars about 4-5 times a year and I like dealing with enterprise.However, I will not use the Sulphur, LA location any longer. The parking lot situation is dangerous and always over crowded. I will now go to the Lake Charles airport and there are other companies there to choose from.Thank you for the business. I hope I can still use Enterprise in the future.

It would be nice if yall would refund my deposit . Iv rent the same car for over a month and yall only refunded my deposit 1 time. Ive got my bank statement to prove it. She please give me my money bk .

Service was ok. The real issue is due to covid you have to wait outside for an employee to come out, get your info and prepare your car.It’s hot in Louisiana. Come on now- you can Atleast plug a fan in outside for customers that have to wait outside for a half house or More.They could do better!!

Ive done a lot of business here and have never had a bad experience. Everyone here is super professional and friendly. Theyll pick me up or drop me off without much of a wait for either. The drivers are nice and Ive had some good conversations during my short ride with them. The vehicles are up to enterprise standards and have come to expect nothing less from this location.Theyre also quick to answer the phone as help with any issues that might arise. Only downside to this location is that the parking lot is pretty small, Ive parked in the back on rare occasions when needed.

We needed a diesel truck to replace our dually that was in the shop. I went to sulphur enterprise truck rental and the experience I had was phenomenal. From meeting and renting the truck from Elizabeth to turning it in with Mr Jonathon. Both were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company because of its employees.

The staff was wonderful, super helpful,on time and got us the perfecy SUV for the mountains.

Even tho they could not pick me up at my home. They were very nice and helpful.

I intended to only give one star since you cant give less than one. However, the experience ended much better than it started.I reserved a car by phone and was quoted a rate for a specific vehicle. The employee who came to pick me called while I was on another line. His number was blocked and he didnt leave the number in his message. He stated that the policy at that location was to not give phone numbers. IMO he was rude, unprofessional and has very poor driving skills. He was also the one, who after over a thirty minute wait (very crowded and understaffed), helped me at the counter. He charged me almost twice the amount that I was quoted and just shrugged it off when I questioned it.Fortunately, returning the car was a much better experience. Larry was very helpful and friendly and honored the price I had been originally quoted.

I deal with the Sulphur, LA location on Maplewood Dr. Its been quite a while since flooding caused their usual office to close for repairs. They were fortunate to be able to move to a suite at the other end of the building and resume service. Anyway, to the point, what staff you have work very hard and seem to be making the best of a bad situation - the office is very hot and very small. This location is understaffed, and there is no parking. Even before there was a large trash bin and shipping container sitting in the parking lot, this location has always had a problem with parking. Basically, there are no issues with the staff, but the accommodations are horrible.

I definitely had a bad experience. My rental left me on side of the road and I was told that I would have to find a way to the nearest enterprise to get another rental.

I have rented from enterprise in sulphur twice now. Both times I received excellent customer service. They are always very busy and seem to be short staffed but always continue to have such a great attitude towards customers. Cant say enough about the staff at this location.

The staff is courteous and helpful, but THEY need help. Enterprise needs to hire additional staff to work the counter. This location is understaffed. The employees currently working are courteous and wonderful, but this doesnt negate having to wait forever to pick up or drop off a car. A problem that could be easily solved. One more person on the counter would work wonders. PLEASE hire another counter person to help out!

I always appreciate the Sulphur Maplewood office of Enterprise Rent A Car. It is smaller but able to handle business well. They have a clean office and the cars are clean. But they are so understaffed, the waiting period for service is unacceptable. Often the office is crowded and people mumble about how long they have been waiting. This is the major area where service needs improvement. I was able to do everything I needed to do this last rental and I was happy with the arrangement, but I spent way too much time there waiting on my reservation.

Only rental co. I will use.. Nice people fast service.. I have used them on 4 or 5 occasions..

Trustable company. Forget my ice chest in a rental car for 2 weeks, I thought I never get back, but no. They called me back and said it was still there.a little thing is not that much to buy but at least they make a customer can trust them. Beside that I revceived a great customer service too, 5 star from me.

Called ahead told them I have an Equinox but with my bad back the seat is really uncomfortable if going any distance. My daughter has a Kia Optima and that seat doesnt bother me at all. Assured since I rented a full size car it would be different. Well WRONG I realized soon as we started riding this is exact same seat in my suv. It had already taken longer than expected to pick up car and sense we had to pick our daughter at Houston airport we didnt turn around demanding another car sooooooo instead of a comfortable trip its the same as always but Im paying this time to hurt. Workers need to be aware Chevrolet is a Chevrolet!!!!!!

Would not even give a 1 star rating. I reserved a vehicle days in advance. Understaffed & not efficient. They have a major lack of communication. Worst experience ever, but have never had outstanding or even good service from here. Complete waste of time! After over an hour of waiting, left w/o a vehicle due them not making sure they had all information needed beforehand. I was stranded w/ children & no vehicle.

Was told at three different locations that they had no cars. Went to airport and the return kit was full but they said they had no cars, all in lot were reserved Really? This is lake Charles not Los Angeles. Was treated very badly, rude counter help. Never will I use enterprise again!

Terrible service. Each time I’ve reserved a rental they never seem to have a vehicle available when I come to pick up on the scheduled day. Each time I’ve been in there it’s busy and always only one person working the front which causes a long wait time. And never any parking available.
