Because of my buying 2 new cars I am giving 4 stars as we have had exceptional dealings with Billy Navarre Auto however, after getting my oil changed only to get home finding oil dripping from underneath my car I returned and had to get a do over?? Now about the buying experience, I went to get an oil change and car wash but bought Not 1 but 2 new vehicles and after all that I had hoped for a credit for the oil change on the new car purchase or something and no deal their not directly affiliated with the sales department?? Bummer I should have just never got the oil change there just a car wash...

They had my truck for two days to perform an oil change, add coolant and diagnose why its getting stuck in 4wd. No communication from them whatsoever. I have to call them, and every time I do, they say they need to call me back. Horrible

Brought my H2 to Billy Navarre several months ago for major repair work. Took forever to fix. The day I was finally able to pick it up, my instrument cluster went out. They said it was normal, but it worked fine before I brought it in. They NEVER ordered the part to fix it. Lee Demarest fired two guys for not keeping me informed. Every time I called, HE did the same thing and NEVER returned my calls. Their service department SUCKS!
