I told the area supervisor that I would need 4 insulators, 6 helpers for a small shutdown at Grace. Needless to say, I didnt receive them. So I was stuck trying to do all the work with 2 helpers and 1 painter!I told the supervisor this information 2 weeks prior to crunch time. He had ample time to hire people. When the man for Grace started to rush me. I explained the scenario to him and grabbed my tools and quit right man then and there.They are not professional!

Hard to get them to do anything.
