Belle savanna apartments is extremely aesthetically pleasing in all categories . The grounds are very clean at all times, anytime we need maintenance they are quick to send Stan, who is very kind and helpful. We adore the groundskeeper - Syd who we have seen help residents in the parking lot on multiple occasions . Mr. Chuck is always around the complex and the first to say “how are you” . The office staff is caring and hospitable and truly make this establishment a home . I strongly recommend this apartment complex .

Decent and fairly new apartment for the price but poor/no management. The staff clearly doesnt care about your questions or concerns.If you have a kid or baby, dont live here. Theres no quiet time policy, so every weekend nights until 1-2 AM, you can hear some neighbors singing and partying.

I recently moved out of Belle Savanne. I recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to live in Sulphur. They are nice, new, and the staff is very accommodating. The ladies in the office are extremely nice and always had a smile on their face. I got back my whole deposit, after move out. It did take a little while, but I was told it could take a month after move. If works moves me back to the area, I would definitely move back, the prices are higher, but you get what you pay for and I would live here again.

Place was nice and clean but i was here for construction work so i wanted to save money. My first 6 month lease was $1,050 then my next 6 month lease was $1,388. When they told me that if i did another 6 month lease after the $1,388, it would over $1,600 A MONTH. They are price gauging the construction workers and for that i would save this place as a last resort if you cant find anything else.

I live at Belle Savanne apartments and it is the worst place i have ever stayed in regard to price. I am paying $2064.00 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment. They would not even tell us how much our rent was going to be until after we gave them our check stubs. They say that the rent goes up and down with the market rate. What that means is that if more people move in your rent goes up. They even charge extra if you park under the covered parking. Last summer when it was full and people were stacked in apartments and the work was really booming there was nowhere to park except on grass or the sidewalk. The staff up front could care less if you go or stay. They dont care: whoever built the apartments is ripping the local community off. After all this work is done they will either sell it or just rent it cheap so that the people that have bought the nice homes close by will have to deal with trashy people that usually accompany low income housing. I am only here because my boss is my room mate. Do your self a favor and dont even waste your time calling these people. They may seem nice on the phone but they will take every dime they can from you. You get moved in and they raise your rent as soon as your lease is up. It does not matter if you go month by month 6 month or full year, your rent will go up. I will be finished working here in about a month and i will never spend another dime here if i come back for work.

These people are some crooks, I would no recommend living here, they try to suck every little bit of money out of you they can, the management is super poor and barely know any answers you have for them, just overall worst experience I have ever had with an apartment
