My husband and I went to Lowes to purchase a new washer and ended up buying a new dryer too because they were on sale. A guy named Foster told us we would receive a $50.00 rebate. Since the rebate code was not on the receipt, Customer Service told me I could not get the rebate without the code. So I called Lowes and spoke to Foster about this. He assured me he would take care of this. I received 2 statements and he had not credited the $50.00 rebate. So again, I called and spoke to Foster. He said this time he would take care of it. He lied again, because my July statement did not have the rebate on it.I will not buy any appliances from Lowes in the future because of their lying employees.

I have been waiting since last June to have my cabinets completed 2020. Im still waiting on my cabinet above the microwave,crown molding and valance. It is unbelievable. When they came they took my sink and microwave out and did not put either back. I had to pay someone to hook sink back up. Be very careful buying cabinets from them I would not recommen them very disappointed.

With the amount of time I spend finding product, moving displays to get to product, or trying to find someone to open bundles of lumber so I can actually check out, I should qualify as an hourly Lowes employee. If you ever need help, there is NO ONE to be found. Going to the SS Lowes is always a chore. Would not recommend going here if you have a choice.

Ive never cared for Lowes and my latest experience reminds me why.Was shopping for wall surface material for a bathroom and found a very nice plastic panel. It requires one of several very special adhesives - and Lowes stocks NONE of them!Really guys? Does that make ANY sense? That youd carry something but not the glue to install it?!Ive also found that the prices here are no bargain. I can get PVC pipe and fittings for LESS at the local hardware store in my two-horse rural town

Went into Lowes in Sulphur Springs today. Had two keys made. Tested both keys in door to be sure keys worked. Keys did not work. Took keys back to store for a refund, defective and non-working product. Customer service informed me they would not and could not refund my money. Policy on that particular key machine. I ask for manager. Manager did not have the time to come speak to me about the matter. Manager told the clerk to give me a store credit. This process very time consuming for me. Main point: If I had stood up and demanded some type of satisfaction Lowes customer service and that shy manager would have completely blown me off. Will spend my store credit, but will limit buying in the future over this $6.58 issue from Lowes.

Went to Lowes to pick up my order that I placed back on July 2, I got to the store went to Customer Service desks showed the lady my receipt and told her what I was picking up. She came back and told that the item I was looking for had been picked it up. I told her it was not possible because I was out of the country most part of July and nobody else from my family picked it up. I asked her if she could tell me who picked up and said maam I cant give you that information. She said all I can do is refund your money and have you check Lowes in Lindale or Mt. Pleasant and see if they have something available, because are not ordering this item anytime soon. They didnt offer to resolve the issue. Bottom line, Im very disappointed with our Sulphur Springs Lowes and their customer service.

We went for several items. Biggest was six 24x24 concrete pads. It was pouring down rain but 2 guys in gardening gathered and loaded them in our truck and got soaked, laughing the whole time. We told them to wait till rain quit but they went ahead. What a pleasure having committed employees like that. Lowes is lucky to have such nice young men working there! Kudos to them!!

Use both big box stores. Lowes always gives me my 10% military discount. Picked up some vinyl slider windows for the new shop. Ordered online and picked them up the next day. I have never had a bad experience with Lowes.

Lowes the home improvement store. Who I worked for past 4 months and half fired me without notice because I asked for 3 days off togo my sisters funeral. Who was murder a little over two weeks ago. I was never written up or anything like this. They fired me on the spot because I was a seasonal worker. My wife that is a full time employee they try to they tried to convince her not to take not to take the day. Now I gotta worry about if I can even if I even afford to go. And the upper management are just rude to the customers

HORRIBLE SERVICE. They kept changing the delivery date on appliance delivery and would notify of change the day of. The delivery was set for June and didn’t deliver until mid July. Also, apparently they hand out orders to random folks because an order was placed and paid for and when we went to pick it up, someone had already picked it up. They did not want to give a name out for “privacy” but yet they gave out an order to someone who was not the person who ordered it, Hmmm ok.

I ordered a dishwasher online from Lowes Sulphur Springs on June 3rd. I called Lowes Customer Service on June 4th to confirm delivery as I paid for delivery and installation. I was told we were scheduled for delivery on June 11th and that someone would call me the day before to confirm what time. When I didnt hear from them by mid day on June 10th, I called the installation department, they called the store and confirmed we were on the schedule for June 11th and that someone would call me after 6:00 pm that day to let me know what time they would be out. When I didnt hear from anyone by 8:00 pm on June 10th, I called the store and they assured me we are on the schedule for June 11th. I called this morning (June 11th) at 8:00 am since I hadnt heard from anyone and was told we would not get the deliver and didnt know when it would be. I am very disappointed in Lowes and their delivery and installation process. I will think twice before purchasing from Lowes again. We have been loyal customers but, have had in the past issues with their installation on other items. I tried contacting Nick Chamberlain the District Manager but, he is on vacation today. I am disappointed and very upset that we have been treated the way we have.

I dread coming here but sometimes I have no choice. If you need help finding an item, employees will either completely ignore you or say the employee for that department should be there and then theyll walk away. Good luck and godspeed on finding the employee for that department.

Excellent short term daycare center for my boyfriend . Theres lots of tactile experiences for him to futz with, other men to grumble and commiserate with, he gets exercise because gosh knows you dont ask directions so he will circle an aisle 4 times to find something. If you wander into the paint area theres lots of pretty colors to take in and appreciate. And it gives me time to sit in the car and have 5 minutes without the running narrative about the insane and wasteful project he insisted on doing today and the 50 possible ways to go about it... (even tho when it was Google it showed you step by step 1 damn way to do it.... but he knows best🙄)So thank you lowes for the mental break from the crazy! Your parking lot was a nice view very clean

6 isles blocked, 5 employees talking at the end, 2 forklifts. I ask if they could let me out and they just looked at me. I gave up and walked back . Big guy with a beard smarter off and was rude. All isles were cluttered with stock and carts. This place has the rudest employees. The check out girls are always nice.

We replaced all of our Windows through Lowe’s after the bids Lowe’s made lots of claims we now have a problem an the management can’t even return our call they make appointments to come out never show contacted Pella windows direct only to be told it’s a Lowe’s problem I highly recommend not using they for this type of service.

Wow, I just left this lowes and had the best shopping experience. I needed help with a few major purchases and I left feeling great and well educated. Kevin in hardware was a wealth of knowledge. I didnt feel rushed or pressured. Then the wonderful ladies in the garden center were overly friendly and helpful. I dreaded going into large commercial hardware stores unless it was an absolute need. But now I look forward to going into this Lowes. Thank you so much!

Worse experience ever! On Saturday Ordered an item that showed in stock at their store and they called me told me that their quantity on hand was off and they was out of the item. I asked the man who called to me to tell me mt item wasnt available if the money would be returned to my bank account he said yes should be immediately since they dont finish charging my debit card until they get the order ready. So I found the item with another company and purchased it and now I have a hold(preauth) still on the order that wasnt filled with Lowes called them on Wednesday December 23 and told them the pre auth was still on my account they said call the bank which I already did and they said the company lowes uses can put hold up on my money for unfilled purchases up to 5 businesses days! What a rip off...... highly unsatisfied and will never trust their online again.

I pressed the help button on your electrical aisle and waited for over 15 minutes to ask about an item that showed in stock but was not on your shelf. I had over $100 worth of wire in my shopping cart with plans to grab another $250-$300 worth of material once my question was answered. If I can’t get a simple answer in 15 minutes or less, I won’t spend another dime in this store.

My husband and I have made many trips back and forth to the Longview, Texas store trying to pick out appliances for the remodel of our kitchen and the Longview employees were not very knowledgeable or helpful, we happened to be in Sulphur Springs, Texas and in less than 15 mins a young lady by the name of Laramie was able to make a few suggestions and on her first try showed me exactly what We wanted so when we go back to buy it will be at her store and with her help, very sweet and helpful, thank you!

Today, 4/27/20, we went to get mulch. Garden center gates were locked, so we went to main checkout area. Told cashier we wanted 10 bags of cypress mulch. Kid that was cashier said he needed a picture, for us to walk out there and get a picture. He was at the computer, all he had to do is type in cypress mulch. Its the first one to pop up. Needless to say, we will drive to Greenville from now on. Just as a note, we are Sr. citizens.

Flooring department. Why dont you vett your flooring installation contractors better. Bought two rooms of carpet, pad, and waiting for installation. I dont have a problem with the floor Dept staff, but the installation contractor is still Lowes responsibility when it comes to Customer service. This morning was the third time that we were supposed to have the carpet installed. 8 AM, no show yet again. Flooring department person said he would have to get another installer from another city to come install on Saturday. Not happy. Have been a customer for years, and have watched a decline in quality and selection, as well as customer service. After this experience, I will be examining the value of remaining a customer of Lowes or drive the 28 miles to Home Depot.

I had put an order in for 25 bags of cement and 35 wood posts. I got the pick up notification and went a couple days later to find out they had sold the posts from my order and the cement was not ready for pickup. But as soon as everything was said and done, they got the order of cement loaded and I was on my way.

Okay. Id like to address a newly released law that requires all people who are entering public facilities be required to use face masks, is this in the affirmative or not? Because I myself make a point to observe any law in detail. Because if the law is required of one that same law should be mandatory for all. So when I see people entering your establishment, some observing this law & others not, am I supposed to believe there are those who are required, but others are not? And if this is not the case who is and who is not, while thi is still very early in its stage, this a Priority For All. Store @ 1711 South Broadway Street, Sulphur Springs, Texas. 75482 I would like advise that I did speak with management personnel on this matter but the only explanation the manager could give me was he wasnt really sure what the policy was regarding this requirement. In t very near future I presume this information will be made available for public observance. Thanks very much for your attention to this matter.

Not very happy with Lowe’s as a whole, but a big THANK YOU to the manager Lecia Sweeden. This 5 star review is solely for her. After several months of people promising to call me back about my order and not one person returning my calls, Lecia actually looked into the problem. We kept receiving emails saying our order was coming, then it wouldn’t. It would then be rescheduled automatically. Lecia actually did what she said she was going to do. She not only fixed all the problems, she called me back with updates. If you had more people like her, your company would be soooo much better.

Always have Everything I want. Customer Service is exceptional! We do tons of work with them and if you go overboard with items they are great with returns. We usually just buy more stuff lol. Spring is a great time of year to shop at Lowes!! We buy everything from plants, lighting, wood for the deck, stain.. they are just amazing. Always answer questions and always sell great quality products. My tomatoes are already coming up in bumper crops 😁

This is the worst store I’ve ever been to. Two online orders in a row first one took me 3 hours to actually get it and get it loaded then they didn’t give me part of my purchase. Second order I’ve been here for 2.5 hours and still have not gotten my order after being notified that it was available for pickup no one in the store knows what’s going on and the customer service lady was a complete b!$ch!! No help horrible customer service and I’m a contractor!
