I have been working with CPI for about 5 years now and Im on my second production printer lease with them. From the beginning Curtrena was up front and clear on everything that was going to happen. There is never any unexpected charges or surprises when its time to close the deal. I am a needy customer and I know that, but Curtrena always finds a way to get us taken care of. The service contracts and Techs are very customer friendly. We enjoy free shipping on consumables that always arrive the next day. Should I need to place a service call the Technician always arrives the same or next day. They are very knowledgeable about the equipment and get us up and running again quickly. Ive enjoyed every aspect of working with the entire CPI team and look forward to a continued prosperous relationship with them.

These people are fake and so are their employees; be careful of this lady Ayanna who comes to sell electronic board to companies.

This company will lie to you about each and every part of their service. They have a very poor follow through with service department & do not honor their service agreements. We made a very poor decision to do business with these people.
