The reason I give guaranty bank and trust 5 stars is because the rating won’t let me give them 10!!! Hands down, this is the best bank I’ve ever used. I’ve held accounts with some of the largest “chain” banks out there and all you are to them is a number!! Guaranty bank always makes me feel like I’m their only account holder. I’ve had a few issues along the way with my account(always my fault!!) and they bend over backwards to help me clear things up. Mrs. Denise Randall and the whole bunch at the Sulpher Springs branch are absolutely amazing! I’m a Guaranty customer for life!!

Danise Randall was phenomenal! She was very friendly and did everything she could to make us feel comfortable and secure with putting our money in your bank! We will definitely be keeping our money with Guaranty!

Came to guaranty to get a house loan. Mr. Garrett Glass helped us through every part of the home buying process and made it easier than I thought it was going to be. They love to tell you how to spend your money and put limits on your card. You can not get a hold of anyone after hours. If you like living with your folks and telling you how to spend then this is the bank for you. If you dont getting embarrassed at the store because your card is declined when you have more than enough to pay, or if you have a special needs child that can have an emegancy 24/7, or if your at dinner and at the end you have to find an alternative way to pay. Then I would say go elsewhere.

This is the most incompetent bank ever. I opened a college account, which is waived of fees for 4 years. They still pulled service fees and overdrew me. The first time, I looked it over as just a simple mistake. This month I am yet again overdrawn by this service charge. I am closing the account and going with a different bank. This is ridiculous. Very unprofessional. Also the four times I have gone into the bank, no one greeted me or even smiled. They glanced over then looked away. And none of the ladies at the desks had any customers.

Brad and his assistants offered more services than any other of the 6 banks that I used in the past 4 years
