Really, these people that work in Sulphur Springs Enterprise are (even when busy) are very cool people. Very helpful. When someone is in a bind and are in Dire Straits for a vehicle, they came through with flying colors. Professional yet enjoyable to get paperwork finished. We reserved a car on Monday afternoon. The arrangement was to pick it up Tuesday morning. After my son dropped us off he left for work. We went inside only to find out they were over booked & had no car for us at all! We live nearly 2 miles from Enterprise, too far to walk, & they couldnt even give us a ride back home. It was in the 30s & very cold this morning & the man (I think his name was Marshall) was very callous toward us saying sorry, we cant help you. They actually did not care how we got back home even though over booking was not our fault. There were no missed calls on our phone though they said they tried to call us. I had to cancel & reschedule a surgical procedure out of town which is why we needed to rent a good running car to begin with. We have never been treated as poorly at a business as this before & I pray we never have to use Enterprise Rental Cars again because its obvious they cannot be trusted.

I have rented from this Enterprise location for the past 6 months due to a medical situation that required a van. I can not say enough about how pleased I was with this branch particularly Yakira Essix. She was professional, compassionate & extremely efficient everytime I called or went into the branch. I could rent from other Enterprise locations closer to my home, but will not as long as Yakira is there! She provided great customer service & I couldnt be happier!

Came in by appointment to pick up a vehicle and after driving thirty minutes was told they did not have one for us due to damages. If they knew they didn’t have one we should have been notified! Was told to drive thirty minutes more to Greenville and they “might have something for us”. No apology just out of luck. Oh and by the way Greenville doesn’t have any either.Day 2: I’ve been told multiple times through email that management would be calling me, but I have received no phone call. So it is the second day of being in a bind with no rental. Customer service must not be a high priority.

Staff is always very professional and friendly. The vehicles are top notch and very clean. Jacob does a great job and is always willing to help. Jacob always has a smile and greets the customers by name if they are regulars. Melinda always goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are very pleased with the whole rental process. I real enjoyed the rental and the Surlphur Springs rental were great with all my needs and i was very pleased with customer service. The only problem was when i was scheduled to drop rental of before 12:00 on Saturday on Paris Tx. I had the rudest guy say what they charge for drop ($20) n it was going to be $300 plus charged to my card when i told him no i was told $197 if i return it Monday he said its different here i told him i would not be come to Paris Tx no more n will call Call Surlphur Spring Monday. He u have a nice day.I was over charged on credit card buy a rude half raise Boy i say cause a man real man dont live for greed in this time of pandemic.

I was running behind to get my car rental Due to getting a ride.... I called in advance to let them know I would be there right at or before closing time which is 5:00 p.m.... The lady was kind of rude over the phone but she did advise me to get there by 5 oclock or she had to lock the doors and leave! In a rush a hurry to get there before 5... I pulled up at 4:58! When I did the lady ran out the door locked it and refused to do what she said on the phone if i made it by 5! Bad bad bad customer service here! Rudest most un caring customer service i ever received just because she was ready to be off work! Im gonna speak to corporate about this....The owner was very quick to respond to this review as u can see what was said, i did send the email, but no response from him after, customers arent the priority, going home at 5 on the dot, and reviews are!! Seems as if energy is definitely wasted in the wrong areas, where if customers was the priority, then the energy wouldnt have to be wasted elsewhere

I made our reservations for our family trip in February and when I went to pick up my vehicle, it was not what I reserved for the trip and the vehicle we got was much smaller than I reserved. My reservation was transferred to different location from where I made our reservation and was not contacted by anyone at Enterprise. The clerk that we dealt with at pick up had put in her 2 week notice to the company and was not interested in during her job. We had mechanical trouble with the car and when we returned the car, it was to the same disgruntled employee. She gave a small credit for the trouble and I just felt like it was not worth the trouble and adjustments that we had to make for our trip. We will be using another company going forward for any rental needs.

Im standing in enterprise right now. I confirmed an economy vehicle yesterday at 08:30. Arrived today at 08:00 with a confirmation number ready to pick up an economy car and they did not have one. They told me I could pay for an upgrade or go somewhere else. Terrible customer service!!!!Update:I got a call from a call from a regional manager after the incident and they made it right. This kind of follow-up and customer service will keep my business. Thank you enterprise sulphur springs

BLUF: Melinda was friendly and helpful, and had me driving off in a car that was basically brand new in short order, and with a friendly smile.I was involved in a car accident a few weeks ago. I was sitting at a stop light waiting to turn left, and an 18-wheeler beside me didnt see me and caused damage down the side of my car. So I needed a rental car while a body shop repaired the damage.Fast forward through dealing with the 18-wheeler drivers insurance company, getting their adjuster out to see my car, getting everything set up with the insurance company, and getting the body shop connected with their insurance company. (Yeah, that was a fun process.)Eventually I found myself in the capable hands of Melinda at Enterprise. In short order, she had a recent-model Nissan Altima (which may be the current year model for all I know) available for me. She made sure the process was easy and seamless, and I was back about my normal daily routine with very little delay!

Dylan Spain offered me exceptional service this past weekend as I purchased my first rental vehicle from Enterprise. I will definitely come back the Enterprise Co. located in Sulphur Springs, TX. Nice, clean, and fancy vehicles at your disposal!

Renting the vehicle was quick and efficient. I called a few hours later to ask about my deposit. Melinda answered my question and just hung up on me. I find that very rude and did not even ask if I had any other questions. Poor customer service, will not be coming back.

We rented a car to use for our wedding day. Im sorry, I forget the girls name that was working and helped its with our reservation but she was wonderful. She was very personable and friendly. She was very kind to our children as well. She also gave us an upgrade to a nicer car which was very helpful considering our need for space.

Melinda in Sulphur Springs, TX is one of the best, most customer oriented reps we have dealt with since this rental fiasco started!!We informed Columbus, GA, where we rented the truck, that it had multiple issues. They told us they wanted to get the truck out of their system. It smelled like dog, had chocolate spilled on all the seats, the rear end has a major vibration. Columbus didnt want to do anything to make it right. I had to go there and call several times before anything happened and that wasnt much.Melinda made it fair. She didnt even blink an eye. She comped us for the issues.Melinda deserves a huge bonus for going above and beyond to make someone elses mistake right.THANK YOU MELINDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just did not work building not a desirable place..... could be a lot better.....was told one thing.....but was not what I got on rates...saleslady.....talked so fast you could not understand her called in a complaint to corporate.....never got a answer.....left business.....with car....no paper work at all....not even a email or nothing....just not a good place to rent a car in Sulphur Springs,Texas

The guy who helped me was really great but I can’t remember his name. It was very fast and he was very knowledgeable. The only downfall which I know was no fault of his is that my rental car smells horrible. Someone obviously chain smoked in it with the windows up. He tried to help it by putting these horrible smelling vent fresheners in it but it just made it worse. Service was awesome but the car was really bad!

Been going through this company for 15+ years and havent had many issues till this last car rental from this branch.....bad experience from day one. Ill just say after this experience Ill never be back through this company ever again ( well I have about a weeks worth of free rentals then Im done) Ill search for another company to go through!

Was taken good care of will return.Chris Johnson went above and beyond two times this week getting me fixed up. Today he stay a over am hour past closing time to take care of two people before me and one that came in after closing time. I pick up a car from Desoto and had to stop in Sulphur Springs to get it change out as it was smoking and had no oil cap. Apparently Desoto just changed the oil and forgot to replace the oil cap. Go see Chris Johnson tell him you saw my review and I promise you you will get taken good care of. Above and beyond. I will return. Thanks Chris

The lady behind the counter is really nice and is quick to take care of getting you what you need at a price you can afford. If you need a vehicle rental, dont think twice about going anywhere else. I love this Enterprise! I rent from them all the time because the service is phenomenal and they always make sure I have a car that is comfy and meets by needs. I was recently out of state and rented from a different car rental company and had forgotten how spoiled I am with my local Enterprise. I guess I took for granted how nice and clean the cars always are and how wonderful the customer service is.Recently I called our local Enterprise and requested a specific car for an anniversary trip. Even though I know that they can never guarantee any specific car (things are often out of control like when someone doesnt return a car on time), she gave me ideas of other nice vehicles she might be able to get if they were not able to accommodate my first request. When the time came, I was excited to find out that she went out of her way to get the exact car I asked for. Such great service! Thanks Enterprise for hiring great staff!

I forgot her name, the lady with the glasses, was wonderful, she was bright and bubbly. I wish I werent so scattered brained, I dont remember her name, but she was awesome! Makes Enterprise the best in town, even if its the only car rental place around!

I always have a great experience ea h time I rent from enterprise. This time I was upset because I was not aware that I need a major credit card to rent a 15 passenger van. Cat work with me as it was closing time and got me into a mini van but I also had to end up driving my car to New Orleans because the mini van wasnt big enough for everyone. Next time I know!

Another enterprise customer hit my rental car and expected me to pay my deductible For an accident that was not my fault and she claimed responsibility. I explained everything and they said they couldnt give me another rental until I payed my deductible. They said they could call me a cab to bring me an hour back home. I asked if theyd pay for it. Their response was its not our problem -Brendan Johnson Assistant Manager so I was stranded in Tyler waiting for a ride. Thanks a lot

Horrible customer service. Set up a week ago two rental vans for a mission trip. Confirmed the reservation the day before. Called a few hours before pick up to confirm and the lady at the desk named Melinda, stated that she had one vehicle, but had a broken windshield and didnt know when it would be fixed. I stated what about second car and she stated that she thought the second reservation was a mistake and done twice. I stated no I called yesterday to confirm and what are you going to do to fix it. She stated nothing it wasnt her fault. I stated yes, I called to confirm and you told me when I could come. She proceeded I needed to take care of it, and take a time out cause she didnt like my attitude and hung the phone up on me. Proceeded to call another Enterprise, confirmed two vans at Greenville location, called and wanted to confirm before driving there and he said, no the reservation desk can make any reservation and it not be what they actually have on the lot. So disappointed, will never use them again

Called them to set up a car pick up. They give me a car reserve # for same day. Get their guy tell us that their are no cars available. That we should have called them before getting their. Guy is super rude and cockie if i recommend just drive else were to get a rental. Save your time of going their.
