The repair man was prompt and very helpful to explain what I need to do to lengthen the life of my freezer. He was very patient even though he had to work in a very hot barn and took a lot of time to explain the failure of the unit to me. Being in a small town its hard to get anyone to show up for appointments, but he was on time. Even though our sears outlet closed in town, its wonderful that the appliance repair service still exists.

Never check one thing, just open the door and said its not cold enough. Then said if he check the compressor it would over $300 and to replace it would cost more than $1,400.
