Rip off USACharged me $300+ to diagnose lawn mower starting problem. Out of warranty but only 70hrs. Claimed is was cam seal with $1100+ fix charge. I asked for lawn mower back. Got engine back in a box which they dropped all of it in the dirt putting it in my truck. Recently sold the mower at yard sale. Buyer came back in 2 hours said it was fixed for a $7 part. He felt bad it was so easy to fix. And said engine never had to come out of mower. Dont ever go here!

I never leave reviews but thought as good as this branch is I would. Although I dealt with Cody online, these guys here built the tractor I requested. They have been great to work with and even let me leave my trailer on the yard so I wouldn’t have to leave work from West Texas and then go home to Atlanta Tx and have to come back. If it says anything, the Texarkana dealer is 20 miles from me and these guys are a 100 and I will drive here thru the snow and rain to keep from dealing with the Texarkana store. Thanks guys for everything. See ya on the 10th to pick up my rig.

We went to check out the 1025R tractors and was greeted by Tyler. He was courteous, and very helpful with all of our questions. When we are ready to buy, we will definitely go back here.

Took my tractor in for an oil change and replace a glass door and it has taken over a month and a half. If you are looking for a reasonable turnaround this is not the place.

Worst John Deere dealer around. No follow up. Took 8 weeks to get my tractor. 1st delivery attempt had wrong and missing implements. 2 weeks later and 10 phone calls. I got excuse after excuse. Total Joke. Would go anywhere else

If your buying a big tractor your probably going to be ok lol...if your needing parts or service for something smaller probably going to have to stay after them...

Parts man sale wrong parts then wouldnt stand behind it. Then throws part at me. Already talked with management.

Slow service. If your making a large purchase, expect a couple weeks to complete. Salesperson rarely calls or text back. Merchandise wasnt even ready to pick up after the free delivery failed to show up. Apparently, they dont need any sales. Go elsewhere and save yourself time.

So far it seems like a great place. People are friendly and knowledgeable. Just dropped mower off but Im confident in feeling the issue will be resolved.
