I worked with Robbie and his transaction coordinator on a purchase loan with one of my clients. The buyers credit score needed a bit of repair, and pre-approval took some time. His down payment was also lower, and so finding a home took some time for his offer to get accepted with over cash offers being made. My only regret is that I cant give Robbie 10 stars instead of just 5 stars...What he did was way above and beyond what I might have expected.First, he got me $22,000 more than another agent had said was probably the most we could expect for the property. The other agent was the one who sold us the house in the first place and of whom I had the utmost respect for, but I just couldnt come out financially.Second, Robbie promised to get me a price I would be comfortable with and never wavered...even when everything seemed to be virtually impossible. He negotiated and negotiated some more, always looking out for my best interest.I have spoken to friends who also sell real estate who have told me what we were going through with the buyer is very rare or never heard of....
