Sagemont Church - Function 4 is a cost effective solution to toner resupply that takes the headache and hassle out of a monotonous routine. They are always very fast on shipping, and when we have called them for repair assistance, they are here quickly. Most appreciated is the excellent communication skills they have, which are sorely lacking in most service-based companies today. Another nice touch for a large organization is the yellow labels on the shipped toner that indicate which printer they are for- saves a lot of time!

Function4 has been our approved HP toner vendor for almost three years now and have been absolutely fabulous. The law school has saved so much with them. We save approximately 35 - 50% over Amazon, and they only sell OEM cartridges. No need to ever worry about messing up your equipment with these original cartridges. Great company and fabulous customer service. Kevin Box is a top notch rep who goes the extra mile for his customers and Deborah Williams handles all of my orders with care. Upon arriving at work we noticed something was wrong with the printer. We called Function 4 right away and Jeff was able to show up in a timely manner and fixed our printer. He also cleaned and changed some parts on the printer so that it was performing at the best of its ability. He was professional and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.

The entire team at Function4 has been great! Over the many years I have worked with them it has always been very apparent that the customer first focus starts at the top.
