Excellent experience; I will now be a repeat customer. They were so easy to deal with, very helpful when I called to ask general questions and they came and set everything up, explained how to use the foam sprayer, even brought extension cords!! I wound up not using the generator so they took it back with them and issued me a refund right away! When they picked it up the next day I didnt have to do anything. The kids had an absolute blast for over 24 hours! Highly recommend. Thank you all!

This company is very professional arrived at my home early to setup the moonwalk slide. The young men were very nice and knew what they were doing. I was referred by my sister who had booked them for a birthday party. She hadnt even had the party yet but was so impressed with the professionalism she had experienced during the booking process, that she insisted I give them a try. I was glad I did! I had called a few days before Easter weekend and Kyle and Charlie were awesome enough to get one booked for me ASAP! Their prices are the best Ive seen so far. The fact that they offer to keep the product for the ENTIRE day/ overnight at $0 is just too good to pass up. My kiddos had a blast and got to play a little the next day as well. They are fantastic and Im definitely re-ordering for all our events :)

We loved the Waterslide it was perfect for the birthday party for the kids, but on the downside the blower and generator kept going out and when they came to replace them the second ones didn’t work either. I’m not sure how these things work but maybe it was out of gas 🤷🏽‍♀️. We tried to call them a second time but it was closed!

Rented the deep sea jellyfish waterslide for my daughter‘s second birthday and it was totally a hit! The kids enjoyed it so much and so did some adults! The waterslide was clean when it got delivered for set up, they were on time and we even got to enjoy it for a little longer the next day before they came for pick up! Easy delivery, kind and knowledgeable. Quick set up. I could not be more impressed with the professionalism that Ryan and his crew emotes from every aspect of their company. During the stay-at-home order, we got one bounce house and gave the kids hours and hours of fun. The houses are cleaned each time between uses, and all of their employees take every precaution to keep everybody safe. I will be using them again.

I rented the Jurassic Park water slide for my son’s “Jurassic Park” birthday theme… it was a big hit!!! The kids wore themselves out! This will be my go-to for water slides and bounce houses! The drop off and pick up crew were very professional!

I enjoyed working with this company. They were very responsive and the delivery team was very friendly. I ordered the blue and yellow waterslide from 12 pm to 8 pm and it was delivered earlier than intended. The pricing was fine to me for the duration of time we had the unit. Ill rent again.

We absolutely loved the Astronaut slide. It was the first time we rented a slide, but it is sure not the last one. Kids from 7 to 25 LOVED it. We rented it for a 9 year old bday party. But after trying it, my 25 year old (who is an icu nurse) wants to have it for her bday party:)The slide was great! The service was great! Everything was just perfect (even if we had to reschedule the party twice because of rainy weekends). All the kids and parents were impressed with the slide and with the idea of having it. I absolutely recommend TLG Party Inflatables. And I will be renting more slides from them before summer is over!

I just recently rented a bounce house for my babies from TLC Inflatables and because of their amazing service there is no doubt I will be renting again. I placed my order, but did not realize I selected the 9th instead of the 8th. I was in tears and very disappointed with myself because how could I tell my babies no bounce house like I promised on their birthday. I called to see if their was anything that they could help me with. The young lady I was speaking with asked me to give her a few minutes, she was going to phone the owner. She called back as promised; the owner with a boot on his foot and his amazing dad delivered the one I had chosen, making my babies day. Thank you for helping a mom keep her promise to her babies.

My son was having a goosebumps themed birthday party. This was the only place that had a spooky jumper (Jurassic Water Slide). When it arrived, it was massive. It would only fit in the front yard. It specified the dimensions on the website, but I just assumed as we have had jumpers int he past, that it would fit through our standard gate. I was wrong, it was too wide. Luckily we were able to fit it in the front yard. It was so amazing. The best bang for your buck. We got to keep it for the full 24 hours, which was a great treat since it was just a family party, where people came and went throughout the day.

First time renting an inflatable and I am more than satisfied with my experience. Everything was smooth and easy from reserving my inflatable to delivery and pickup. The guys during delivery and pickup were extremely nice, fast and professional. Kyle was amazing as well as the other two men who assisted, I didnt get their names. We ended up having the rental longer than I thought due to the rainy weather and other stuff going on that weekend. So we definitely got our moneys worth which was good. Ill definitely use TLG again next time I ever need to rent an inflatable.

OMG I was looking everywhere for a wet slide inflatable and I found this website which had the best prices low and affordable. The people there were very helpful. We have used TLG Inflatables for the past 3 years for my sons Birthday. Living in Winnie we dont have many options of people willing to bring inflatables here, but TLG always makes it happen for us. Their equipment is always in very nice condition and we always have a blast. They are very accommodating and their prices are great! We literally reserved another waterslide the same day they picked one up from us to have more fun on in a few months again!

Absolutely fell in love with this company! They showed up earlier than expected and were very polite to my impatient kiddos. I had the pleasure of renting the Log Mountain Water slide in which the gentlemen made sure I was satisfied with where the slide was. (Bad experience with previous companies). My kids were even able to play on it for the majority of pick up day! Their prices beat any other company and renting it for more than one day, gives you a discount you can’t turn down! TLG Inflatables was great for our party we recently had. They were prompt and delivered on time as promised. They also texted personally to touch base and ensure there were no changes prior to the event. During pick up they contacted to let me know when they would be picking up the Water slide to give us a heads when they would be arriving. Delivered early and had a problem with a patch, quick response to issue and got another slide out fairly quickly. I had a great experience with TLG rentals. They were very helpful in the phone, were prompt with delivery and very professional. They made my sons birthday one he wont forget. Just make sure your outlet breaker is sized for the air blower. We had to plug in our rental inside the house but they were prepared with an additional extension cord.
