Poor infrastructure. Tried to get pricing from them and was told by rep that it had to go to a pricing committee and a company name approval. Why the need to jump through so many hoops? These arent government secrets... the data is supposed to help save time yet it takes a century to get prices. Makes me think they are cooking the prices based on what kind of company is buying.
