JC and crew are amazing. I use them to print plans from time to time. In my hectic line of work, they are an oasis of calm and professional business. Its a pleasure using them for the past 4 years!

During my visit the staff was friendly. I used to go to the ups store but I love this one ships from multiple companies and gives you a better selection of dates and prices. UPS makes me box my own items even when I buy from them, the rep from this location did it for me. That and the customer service is enough for ups and the competition to lose my business. From now on I’m coming to this spot for all my shipping needs. The price is fair for this area.

Needed to ship something quickly and was able to get everything I needed at PostNet. Without asking the associate packaged and wrapped my item which most shipping stores would never do. Associate was very quick and friendly and pricing was incredibly low.

Great and quick service. Definitely using this place more often. Unlike the UPS stores they dont charge for tape and printing out labels. Thank you!

Be careful using UPS, they dont scan packages they pick up from this location and similar locations and my package got lost. now one could help to find it not this place (as it wasnt in the system ) nor UPS as they do not have any influence on 3rd party locations.overall very confusing .. blah

These guys are awesome. I sold a bunch of stuff on eBay and used these guys every time I had to ship anything. One time they filled one of my boxes with packing peanuts for free (those things are expensive, btw), and another time I went the guy at the desk was nice enough to cut down my box so that it was smaller and saved me $20 in shipping.

I have been using this store for years and the service and quality is first class . I almost never submit reviews but this team is great ! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

The gentlemen here are very professional and even helped me fix my resume! Will come again for all my printing needs.

JCs customer service is superb. I stop by occasionally for work purposes and JC is a big help every time I have questions for him. He recently even wrote out estimated pick up times for the various carriers for my teams reference, which is a huge help for our business! Props to JC and the team at Post Net.

These guys are the best! The previous owner was okay, but JC and Mike go out of their way to make things easy. I run my small business out of this PN location and both, JC and Mike have always been top notch. Theyll even call me when my packages arrive if they know its an important, time sensitive delivery! I have to comment on the one negative review thats posted here. By no means have they ever been rude to me on the phone. Sure, theyve given short, one-word answers because their busy a lot of the time, but never rude. Last thing, I hardly pay them to ship my packages. I print my labels from my home office and drop them off at this location. I only rent my business PO Box address from these guys. So even though they basically only receive around $120/year from me yet see me and handle my packages every day, they still give EXCELLENT customer service. I rarely give out five stars, but this postnet location deserves it! If youre sick of the Post Office on Grants Lake and want an easy, pleasant transaction, give these guys a go! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CALLED THE OFFICE TO ASK COUPLE OF QUESTIONS, THE PERSON WHO ANSWER THE PHONE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I USED TO GO TO THIS LOCATION, BUT NEVER WILL AGAIN. OWNER NEEDS TO TEACH THEIR EMPLOYEES HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS.
