So I headed by there first thing in the morning and asked if they could assist.Not a problem at all. Not only did they make the repair but it happened all within a couple of hours. This is the shop to go to for some of the best watches in town. Friendly knowledgeable team of watch makers. I have been a customer for a few years now and they have always held fantastic stock and have fixed any watch I brought. They even fixed my moms pocket watch from 1886!!! They fully rebuilt a movement from my 1970s Hamilton. Trust me, if it is broke they can fix it. Also there luminox inventory is second to none!

I had a necklace that means a lot to me and it had a tangle in it that I could not get out. He immediately removed it without having to wait and didn’t even charge me. Was so impressed with their timeliness and generosity. Will definitely return when needed. Thanks guys!!!!

A few things actually, for starters the Brothers approach to excellent customer service starts with them being genuinely friendly every time you visit. Therefore building rapport with them is effortless. They never forget a face. In addition their attention to detail is uncanny when it comes to cleaning. Bought a Luminox watch from you I really liked and wore for a few years. It began to fog up and also stop on occasion even with a new battery. I’ve brought it back to you 3 or 4 times and even left it with you for month + and every time I get it back from you after awhile it repeats the same problem. I really like this watch but have some doubts now about Luminox and the ability to repair it.

My wife brought her GShock in, didnt even purchase it there, and they took the time to set it up and make sure all the functions were updated. Great customer service, Will buy from these guys in the future.

Dont use just any watch repair service at the mall kiosks, use JR Brothers. They are very knowledgeable, and professional. Last year I used a mall kiosk to change my battery in my Tourneau watch and when I got it back, the hand for the seconds stopped working. It bothered me for a long time and wherever I took it, no one could figure it out. Then I took it JR Brothers and he examined the watch and noticed that the bracket was put in backwards after the battery replacement. Dont trust your watch repair and battery replacements to inexperienced mall kiosk staff, take it to JR Brothers!

I strongly recommend you do business with J.R. Brothers!! You can buy a watch anywhere, you could have a great experience from start to finish. What I find important is what happens when something goes wrong? I bought an expensive watch from them and there was a problem with the watch after I got home. I brought it back and they bent over backwards to make it right!! The original salesman called me to apologize then the owner called to apologize. They assured me they would fix it. The owner called me again to follow up then the salesman called me with a solution. I now have a watch I’m happier with. It’s hard to find a company that stands so strongly on customer service and yet they do!! I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again!!

Be careful with these guys and research the watch model before buying. I just realized I significantly overpaid. I thought I was getting a deal since the rep took a decent amount off of the out of the door price. I should have known and regret this purchase now.

I wish I could give zero stars. I gave them a running watch (not perfectly) and after 2 months I got it back fully stopped. They did not just fail to repair, but also damaged it completely.Edit: They don’t have shame to claim that they put a fully functional part. You don’t say everything is fine, when the arrows are turning around like a rocket.

I have had very good experience working with them on several occasions. Today he replaced batteries in 3 watches, installed a new band on one and repaired the bracelet on one.The best part of todays visit is I was told that my old wind up Hamilton was in pristine order. Another watch shop told me a spring would have to be replaced and the watch rebuilt. Turns out none of that was true.I trust the people here and will continue to use them.

Dropped off my watch to be fixed....picked up a watch with a broken band (bracelet). They tell me they don’t know what happened because new people and management are now here. Then owner wants me to cover cost of new band/bracelet that I DIDN’T break. Really!?!?! Will never be back again and am filing a small claims court for the cost of my watch repair.

I rarely will leave a bad review of a business, except when they do things which are egregious and unacceptable in any way. This business warants such a review.I saw a really bad review for this business on Google Reviews, where the reviewer said one of the workers at this kiosk wanted to take the discussion outside. However, balancing that against the good reviews I saw on Yelp, I decided to give this business a try. I needed a battery replaced in one of my watches (I have a sizable collection, and Ive learned a lot about watch repair and jewelry shops in the area), and today being Sunday this was the only place open. So I went over to First Colony Mall and wanted to give them a try, What I didnt expect was a sizable portion of condescending attitude from one of the workers in the kiosk, which prompted me to pull my watch before they every got started on it.I walked up and asked for a battery change. Now, if I wanted to wait until the work week, I can get a new battery at other stores in the area for $10-15, stores with whom Ive worked before and can trust. The taller person at the kiosk mentioned to me that they charge $20 + tax. I figured that I had already taken the time to drive to the mall, and I was told it would only take 10-15 minutes, I said OK. But I did mention to this guy that I thought the price was a little high. The other person in the kiosk, who I will say looked a like a millennial with a long, horrible beard, started mouthing off about where did I think I was? That First Colony Mall is the most expensive place in Sugar Land, and obviously I had never been to the mall because otherwise I would know better. He also asked me if I had gone to Zales, because their prices were even higher.Even with his attitude, I was still willing to leave the watch there. But as I walked off, I told him that I have probably lived in this area longer than he had, and I didnt care what he had to say. He sneered at the other guy in the booth as I walked away. I realized just how disrespectful this was, and that also made me concerned about the quality of the repairs. I immediately turned around and took my watch back before they started any work.In the Google review, that person said that their interaction with this business almost got physical. I can see where that came from now. Getting the battery replaced was not worth me being disrespected, And, if the people working on your watch are willing to disrespect you, then how can you be assured of quality service?Maybe if the jerk with the beard was gone, Id try this business again. I have been a big proponent of boosting local businesses over the chains, but in this case Ill make an exception.

Don’t ever get your watch repaired there. They will ruin it, they don’t know what they are doing. And they will accuse you of lying.

$40 for a battery and he wanted $30 to take off a couple of links for a watch that I paid $300 for . Then he said 3 year warranty and after he changed the battery he said one year warranty . Way to go amigo

Very fast and friendly service for my Suunto watch.

Worst experience ever. If there was negative stars to give, I would have given it to them. They would not stand true to their warranty. The individual who fixed my watches said there would be a 1 year warranty, but when I went back after a few months to get them fixed again he refused that I had the service done there. Even though I had a receipt with me, he has the audacity to claim that those watches were not fixed. He basically called me a liar. When I started to fume he came out of the kiosk and demanded to take this outside. He also called security on me and would not close up the watches I brought in.
