Ken is a wonderful person who really takes CARE of his patients. Very patient in listening and will do all he can to help you hear better. I am giving FIVE ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but one thing is very needful, on the part of the receptionist.When calling to ask a question or change an appointment it’s very difficult to get a call back. So that part could be improved. Maybe even texting their answer.

I was concerned about going to the Sugar Land branch as I had been told by several people that the gentleman who worked there had been there for a long time and was wonderful. So, when I found out he had retired I didnt know what to expect with the new man. I wasnt disappointed. Ken was very patient and explained everything about the hearing aids. He did a very thorough hearing test and then allowed me to try the suggested hearing aids. As soon as I had them on it was a whole new world. They were more money than I planned to spend, but after going to a couple of other places and trying there hearing aids, I knew Miracle-Ear aids were the aids for me. There was no comparison to the quality of the Miracle-Ear aids. There was never any question as to which i would purchase. Since purchasing my Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids, Ken has worked with me for the few issues I was having. He is always happy to hear from me and fits me into his schedule. Thank you, Ken, its so nice to be able to hear!

Miracle Ear sugar land is a great hearing aid place to visit. The best place to visit if your in the sugarland area. There service is impeccable!!! I truly believe Vanessa is the best office manager I have ever met, she is very efficient in everything that she does! Finding me an appt, getting me in last minute, fixing my hearing aid when Ive done something wrong and also getting me in to see Ken for testing and adjustments. The amount of compassion and care that these folks offer is amazing. I dont know what I would do with out them. Please if your looking for hearing aids dont go any further, let them care for you like they have cared for me!

I’ve known Mr. Ken for almost 9 years. I discovered him when I stopped by his office one day whenever I was having problems with one of my hearing aids. He was gracious enough to check the hearing aid without charging me for his services. I truly appreciated that and I was one of his customers for life. He has always been there for me and takes as much time as needed to help me with my hearing aids. We recently upgraded to a new pair of hearing aids and he has gone above and beyond with fitting them and making sure they give me crystal clear sound. I am extremely happy!! Awhile back Mr. Ken moved from my neighborhood across town to Sugarland. Takes me a longer time to get to him but I will follow him whenever he goes. Thank you Mr. Ken for your excellent service!!!

I really loved this place the way the staff treated me and how they spoke to me and my wife. They answered all my questions. They made my experience with having my hearing test so much better than I imagined. I had anxiety about getting my hearing tested. Ken Haesly was Very kind and made me at ease. He explained to me before he tested what the process would be. Michael the resident was also very kind and helpful. When walking in the door we were, Greeted by Vanessa. She offered us coffee! The whole staff was just great! I did not have a loss but I will definitely tell my family and friends this is the place to go to get your hearing tested. If In the future I need hearing aids I will return to Miracle Ear sugar land!

I highly recommend Miracle Ear at the Sugar Land location, especially Ken Haesly. Ken not only fitted me with a pair of great hearing aids but in doing so he educated me on the workings of the inner ear and reasons why I could not hear some frequencies as well as others. My hubby and I hadn’t seen Ken for several months and were in need of some adjustments. I called the Pasadena office and found Ken was now at the Sugar Land. There’s no one like Ken SO CARING INTERESTED IN “YOU”. Yes there’s other Miracle Ear Offices, but ONLY ONE, Ken. My experience at one office was not pleasant, so YES‼️Reviews matter‼️It was because of them that brought me to Ken’s office. There’s people who do a great job of “selling” a product but there’s those who care about you and will do what they can to HELP. Ken will do whatever he can with what you have. He’s very skilled in the hearing industry with years of experience.His move to Sugar Land is fine with us, because there’s CARE there. Even though we travel 10 miles farther. Peter’s aid was not working, Ken made a few adjustments and we were on our way.A few months later we returned again I needed some adjustments and Peter’s aid quit. This time there was no fix 😢 We are retired and on SS and can’t afford new ones. Again Ken came to our aid, and offered us reconditioned ones.Hubby is very happy with what he has now.

Dr. Larry Bean was fantastic! I am so glad we came today as he found the problem so fast which was a major buildup of wax that needed to be removed and he was able to do it right then in the office and now my mom can hear great! Also, we can drop off my mom’s hearing aids several times a year to have them cleaned for us which is wonderful! Thank you Dr. Bean for all the help and tips!

My step father Thomas Towns is in the Veterans Administration assisted living facility. Due to Covid 19 it has been difficult to get his needs met. One of the hardest was getting him the proper hearing aides he needed. Dr. Kenneth Haesly has gone up and above to make this all happen. He is a very compassionate person and true professional. His patients mean something to him. You are not treated like a number. I highly recommend him if you have a loved one in need of these services. He makes a positive difference.

I have struggled with hearing loss my whole life so I am familiar with it all. Atleast I thought so until I went to miracle ear Sugarland. I was greeted by Vanessa the office manager she let me know what the appointment is going to entail. She was just the sweetest to me. Ken Haesly is the specialist at location not only was he very detailed about my loss he was also detailed about the hearing aids. I’m very into new technology and they provide this for me. I was also worried about how others may see my hearing aids . Ken helped me pick out the perfect hearing aids not only look wise but for my loss. I can hear birds chirping outside amongst other things. which I haven’t been able to most of my life. They treat you like family in the Sugarland location. If your in the market for a hearing test or hearing aids this is the place to go!

My mother has been going to this Miracle Ear location for over 5 years. She is on her second set of hearing aids. The staff is wonderful, very patient and caring. They have always followed up with services, making adjustments as needed when patients hearing level changes. They assist with medicare or insurance paperwork, if needed. Would highly recommend.

If you need hearing aids you must go here! They help you pick what best fits you and your needs. I’ve never been so happy to not yell when talking to my grandmother. She got her second pair of hearing aids. She first went to a small town because that’s where she is from the only hearing aid people in town. They didn’t even work a year before breaking.This place make sure they work and keep working and give you free cleanings with your purchase every three months and they teach you at a slow pace how to use them and put them in. Also cleaning at home until your three month cleaning. They are extremely nice here and so helpful I could have found her a better place. She was so excited to her leafs crunch under her feet, hear birds and regular everyday noises. Also big plus if you have to move no worries everything followed you and you continue at a new miracle ear nearest you. You seriously can’t beat that at all.

I have a new lease on life now that I have gone to Miracle Ear inSugarland. Ken Haesly has done wonders for my hearing, I wishI had come to him earlier in life. This location is amazing when I bring my mother here, the desk person Especially makes sure that all patients are well taken of. I love how they leave refreshments out for the patients along with treats, like cookies, pastries, and cupcakes. And The doctor always comes out to greet the patience. I will definitely make sure to refer all friends and family members to come to this location if they are Having trouble with hearing.
