We have been using Roadrunner for a little over a year now. We are very happy with the quality of the food and customer service we have received. Everyone from the account manager ( Seth) to who ever happens to answer the phone is very much aware and can answer your questions. The delivery drivers have all been so nice and prompt. This goes to show the system and routine they have that’s insures quality service. This is far from the stereotypical cafeteria food. They serve a variety of meals and you can tell they never used canned items.Cleanliness, although i haven’t been to the facility I know this was something concerning. In our experience they frequently replace bags and heating or cooling pads. I have yet to encounter a bad that “ has seen it’s day”. I think that’s a sign of cleanliness. 10/10 would recommend.

As a preschool director, it was important to me to find a company that would offer food that wasnt simply chicken nuggets, fish sticks and macaroni and cheese.I was so happy to find this company in 2006 and have used them since.Customer service is excellent, the food is fresh, healthy and affordable for our parents.They respond to all of my requests promptly and efficiently.After so many years, I know the owner and people working there well and honestly count them as friends of mine.I highly recommend Road Runner Foods!

Road Runner Foods has been our preferred school caterer for many years. They really shined during the Pandemic when our school started to recover after being completely closed. Our first months orders were small, and Road Runner delivered to us even when it wasnt cost effective for them. Businesses helping each other this way make for lasting relationships.

I work at Lycée International Houston, and we were so pleased to work with Road Runner Foods, they were so flexible understanding committed and of course not to forget the most important thing about the delicious food that they were serving to our students every day.We had gluten free meals, veegie meals and even kosher and he was always happy and ready to make any changes based on our parents committee suggestions .We will definitely be working with them for the next school year as well, their food is always looking smelling and tasting perfect .

The Lycée International de Houston has used other catering companies for our school lunches; however, when we met with Seth we felt he would customize our menu instead of giving us a package. He listened to every detail and our school lunches are exactly what we requested. He was willing to work with us on every change we made. The quality of the food is outstanding and the price is very reasonable, but above all they have outstanding customer service. They even addressed all our parents’ needs regarding food allergies!
