As a mortgage lender, I work with a lot of title companies. Peggy and the team at fidelity national title are great. They are extremely responsive, care about great service, and do things right. They go over and above to make certain that their customers have a stellar experience.

Initially, this seemed like a reputable closing entity. However Ive been unimpressed by their responsiveness to my communications. I was not aware that I could choose my own closing firm, but I think I will go elsewhere next time. Moreover, the hoops that were needed to jump through in order to wire them money were tedious and could have been dealt with in a more personal way.

Realtors, Beware! Unless you have a close and strong relationship with them, do not use. Make sure to counter them off all contracts that want to close there. They have no integrity to own mistakes made from poor communication, instead quoting policy and hiding behind it when we all have a policy in this business. Will make decisions without getting authorization from buyers or buyers agent costing them more money, then putting the blame on the agent to fund the mistake.

Horrible experience. The people here are so rude and do not put the customer first. Merita is the worst and was more concerned about what she looked like and taking pics of herself than customer service. Avoid the place like the plague.

We (as a buyer) recently closed a property with them. This company was not our choice. It was suggested to us by the sellers agent. The people here are very RUDE with no discipline. They treat their customers like cockroaches. People like (H. Lee) are very unprofessional. I hope the management advises their employees to be more polite and be respectful. POOR SERVICE

I have had multiple Closings at this office and they have always done a good job. Peggy is an experienced Escrow Officer and does an excellent job of answering client questions.

One of the better ones, especially if you need an Investor Friendly Title Co.
