My fathers passing was not an expected departure, we were left without him here to lead us as he always has by his own will. As a family we were left trying to comprehend what to do next. My parents home was discovered to have rats in the attic and upstairs area. After dealing with their extermination, next came the cleanup of rat feces and urine found all over the upstairs area. We hired Bio Techs to do the job based on their experience and professionalism. We were highly impressed by David and his staff who did a thorough job of cleaning, disinfecting, and removing furniture and carpeting. They were polite, supportive, and hard-working.
