Went in yesterday to check availability of a boom lift. They took our info and said to call around 0630 this morning. When we called, this morning, the person was very rude and short with me. The unit wasnt reserved and he said the units that they had were down. Bad experience. Wondering what they did with our information

The sales person was knowledgable about which of their tools that I needed and very friendly as well.

I wanted to rent equipment. I called the store twice. First time I spent 46 minutes in a loop between various automated attendents, never getting anyone from equipment rental on the phone.I called the following day same story but gave up after 28 minutes.

Waited and waited for assistance and still waiting.
