Dirty cars..horrible customer service. The heavy set guy that was there tried to give me a FILTHY car. Didnt even try to clean it or wipe anything down. He was very nonchalant about the whole thing too. Swiped my card without telling me what he was swiping it for. Just rude for no reason. Car had old food and dirt everywhere. Disgusting, especially during a time like this when Covid cases are increasing. Do BETTER Hertz…stop hiring these incompetent lazy people.
I had an appointment to pickup a vehicle this evening and the person said he will be there at the place until 5:30pm. I got there at 4:45pm and he was gone and plus was not answering the company phone of business! The people from the airport side had to tell me he had left. And the person called him the manager they told me as he answered his personal when the lady from the airport side and told her he was not coming back to service me. All they could say they was sorry I had to go through this. I needed this rental car from the accident my wife was in. So sad a company like Hertz got people like working for them and thats why people go other place to get better customer service.
They overcharged us. We booked through Priceline and insurance was supposed to be $13/day, but the lady at the desk try to charge us $14. We also declined prepaid fuel, but it looks like they tried to charge us for it anyway. Our total jumped over $100. The math was not adding up. So we canceled and now our trip is ruined. And we wasted gas driving 35 minutes for nothing. Next time well just rent out of Hobby like we always do. We only came here, because the prices were coming out cheaper than Hobby. Thought we were getting a deal, but the car ended up costing the same as the cars out of Hobby.
They were pretty awesome. Expedia has the incorrect address- but if you give the staff a chance to redeem themselves, they surely will surprise you. Thanks Hertz
Went by this location a day before our scheduled pickup date to try to change the card on file for our reservation. Wasnt able to do it at the location and had to call Hertz to get it change. Before leaving told the employee we would see him tomorrow at 1:30 to pick up our car and he said that he would be there. My wife shows up today to pick up the car but they are closed. They are supposed to close at 2PM but I guess he decided to leave 2 hours early. So now we can no longer get our car we paid for. Horrible customer service and will never be renting from here again. Why he would think its a good idea to tell his customers he would be there and not even worry about pickups schedule for that day is just completely unprofessional.
My husband rented a vehicle from here and it was DIRTY. We had to vacuum and wipe it down ourselves!!! It seem like they only cleaned the outside?! Ryan was helpful but others were not. Very disappointed overall but will give 2 stars because we at least got a vehicle to rent out of it lol.
I had the most unprofessional experience with the employ Alex at the Hertz on Hwy 6. I noticed transactions on my bank account and I am still in the rental from my Staefarm claim. I called the location to discuss the charges and Alex was extremely rude. He continued to cut me off because they way he was explaining the transactions was very confusing and instead of taking the time to explain, he referred me to the Billing dept and provided the number. When I made one last attempt to understand what he was saying...he was curt and hung up on me. I spoke with a representative and after he explained what occurred. He informed me to contact the location and bring my contract up to date and make a payment. I have made several attempts to call the location to take care of that. No One will answer the phone. I left a message, so can someone other than Alex reach out so I can take care of this.
Very slow service. Only 1 person working the desk. Given rental with bumper damage. Clearly not cleaned well as cigarettes smoke smell very strong.
Rent Enterprise. I returned the vehicle 12 hours early. Received a call the next day from their vehicle recovery department. They never checked in the vehicle. When I called to resolve the manager hung up on me. I simply asked why he didnt return my call and he simply hung up. Vehicle was dirty inside and out. Also, the vehicle should not have been rented, it had mechanical issues. Next time I am using Turo or Enterprise. I am no longer paying for bad customer service.

The customer service is very poor here at this location (12888 S Texas 6, Sugar Land, TX 77478). Its Saturday and Im trying to return my car. The hours online says they open at 9am, but I found out they open at 10 am due to COVID. However about 4 employees come in to work and they totally ignore me while taking amongst themselves. None of them address me to tell me the hours or even acknowledge my presence. Finally the last employee arrive and while Im telling one of the other customers that Ive been waiting for 25 minutes, he speaks up to say maam we dont open until 10. Hes the first employee that has spoken since Ive arrived and its been at least 4 other employees. Just horrible customer service and poor professionalism. Its just sad that it has to be like this! Please do better!
Horrible customer service. Make a reservation 1 week ahead then I called in to reconfirm have my rental for me, but then told me all cars are fully booked. No rental for me, so I got to change my reservation to another date.Also, assistant manager name Tania B. not being honest about the rental fee charge.Charged additional fee when she was not supposed to! Not a friendly person.Not going to come back here ever again.
Scheduled a cargo van to pick up on Saturday morning but it turned out they are not open on the weekends. All sites showed they are open from 8am to 11am, even their own Hertz site, several customers were waiting not only myself. Wasted time and money ubering to the rental place then we all had to return back home. There was no good customer service when we called Hertz main office, they didn’t even know that this location is closed over the weekend.When I soke with the Hertz Representative told her of the issue she said she can try to schedule with a different location but there would be a 5% charge.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! customer service. Front desk was not only rude and but very condescending when telling you about “the fine print”. They were BELITTLING. Drove an hour to get here then ANOTHER hour going back and fourth just to leave WITHOUT a vehicle. 10/10 would NOT recommend. PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE TO RENT A CAR.
The service at your Sugarland location is terrible! I read your reviews and I can see that many were not satisfied. My insurance made a reservation with enterprise but they did not have any available vehicle so I asked them to go ahead an set up with Hertz. I must say that your service and vehicles are inferior to that of enterprise from your employees to the vehicles.The first car they tried to give me was so dirty that the back seat looks like someone vomited on it. The 2nd one was not much better and the cigarette stench that is almost unbearable. Wehn I told the manager, she said I will make a note of it on your contract.If I had a choice, I would have cancel with Hertz and just wait until Enterprise had a vehicle available. I really hope that you try to make changes

As a business traveler for the past 20 years, one notices certain themes with various companies. With Hertz it is overcharging. Charge first and let someone else sort it out later.As I’ve seen many times before over the years, this location was notified of the car drop off at a local auto repair shop, but forgot to pick up the car. The result was me being charged several hundred more dollars. Call this location to correct the billing? Nope, they can’t help you. Go online to register a dispute? Nope, they have removed that portal from their website.This got fixed eventually but took several weeks and the intervention of my corporate travel department to resolve. I honestly would rather walk or get a ride share than have to deal with the aftermath of renting a Hertz car.
If you have a choice - rent somewhere else. While they claim to clean their vehicles, I beg the differ. While renting from Hertz at Sugarland Regional airport during COVID pandemic, I was able to find the following items in my rental vehicles:1. Used masks in the arm rest;2. Used nitrile gloves in the glove box (ironic, I know);3. Sunglasses in the center console;4. Countless receipts from the previous rentals;5. USB charging dock;6. Gun sale receipt from 4 months ago;7. Pet hair on the floor.While Hertz can make claims about cleaning their vehicles, the fact that all these items were found in their cars after they were professionally cleaned tells a different story. Use ride share instead or go to National.
They didnt offer the pick up/drop off service specified by the rental agreement with my insurance company. After returning the vehicle, Hertz didnt close the contract, and continued to charge me daily until I called them. They initially refused to provide an invoice/explanation of charges, and told me to go through the website (which didnt work), and blamed it on my insurance, even though I had asked about it during the initial call.
They will give you a car that smells like Willie Nelson, Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa and Bob Marley personal joint mobile. When you complain they will tell you “it doesn’t smell that bad”. Or, “I don’t smell anything.” Maybe it is because I had to drive for three days with windows down to counteract the stench. Anyways, they lack customer centric empathy. In their words, “I can throw you a bone” with a $20 discount just to shoo me away. Laughable customer service.

Should have read the reviews before renting a car here. When I first booked the reservation, they claimed to offer pickup and drop-off if I live close to the area. Call in 5 mins before returning the rental to make sure they have someone to drop me off and they said yes. When I got to the location, they said they dont have anyone for another 45 mins.

These people absolutely have to be the RUDEST people I have ever met in my life. I called to inquire about something and the person on the other End I think JESSICA acted like I was a total inconvenient. When I asked about something, she stated well I am not at a computer. The whole interaction was like I was beneath this person and not worth the effort or time. Being a long time user of Hertz services i was shocked at the attitude

As a frequent traveler I place a lot of emphasis on reviews and honestly was a little hesitant to rent from this location because of the poor reviews. However, my experience was nothing but outstanding from start to finish. The employees were very helpful over the phone and Jessica assured me they would have the exact vehicle I needed upon pickup. Everything was exactly as promised, the staff were kind, and the process was easy and efficient. I would look forward to renting from this Hertz location again.

If you are smart do not go to this place. These people are cold hearted thieves. I was a day late and was charged 400 extra on a vehicle that I should have never excepted. But may God bless them and hopefully the poor workers recieve some of the funds they help the company steal from me. 3 day rental cost me 700. Never again. Beware

On arrival two African American ladies (HERTZ EMPLOYEES) were having an intense conversation outside on the driveway. We had to say Excuse Me they gave us the worst look, like we disturbed there conversation. they RUDELY ! said ITS INSIDE! they didnt even wait to hear what I needed to ask. Two African American guys were at the front desk DID NOT GREET AT ALL or as if we had any issues or concerns, one EATING! an apple so LOUDLY ! I couldnt believe what I was hearing or seeing and he FINISHED IT. The other guy (NICHOLAS) was looking at something on the computer and made no eye contact until the very last minute When he (TOLD US) to give them a 10 star rating HAHAHAH !HILARIOUS !!!! No thank you or Have a nice day, SMH. FYI: TOOK PLACE APRIL 9,2020 . They are not representing whoever trained them or the Company well at all. I give them (0 - stars) SO SAD !!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

The cars Ive rented have always been clean and well maintained. Even when swamped with calls as well as people at the counter, theyve always been friendly and polite to me.

If I could give a zero I would! Do not rent from this location!1) go to pick up the vehicle, they dont have it! So got a smaller vehicle. When they tried changing it, the system messed up and tried holding an amount in the $1000s. Thats right...in the 1000s!2) Returned the car a day EARLY but missed the office closing by 30 minutes. But did Express Return and turned the vehicle in with a Full tank of gas and took pictures.3) Go back today to make sure everything is closed out correctly and was told the gas tank was empty and all of a sudden there is a charge for going over mileage. Our original receipt says unlimited mileage!Showed them the picture of full gas tank.Was told come back tomorrow to speak with the manager.4) the person working the desk was rude and walked off while we were speaking to him.POOR POOR POOR! I will NEVER rent from here again!
Rented a vehicle through Hertz website, upon pickup the credit card reader would not read my card, Hertz employee made me call the toll free number to change billing info instead of trying another reader, finally made him try new reader and it worked, also tried to trick me into buying their insurance, pointed to a list of options and asked which one I wanted, if I had not known better I would have picked one and paid the extra insurance and finally on return of the rental I was threatened with a clean out fee for sand dragged in on my shoes, employee got defensive when I told him vehicle was not cleaned when I picked it up as it still had a business flyer and hKf drank bottle of water in it from prior renter, said he would look at his pictures which he never did...
I will never recommend hertz again. I rented a car and when I told the man who was assisting that I was going to be returning late and how it would work he told me I would just be charged an additional 62 dollars which is stated on the receipt. Upon returning that 62 dollars turned into 155 dollars. When I told the women assisting she offered no solution. This is an example of horrible customer service. I was not told that returning late would completely change my reservation. I was not explained that at all. $62 dollars of course seemed acceptable be $155!? It totaled my reservation to $230. Did the lady care though? No!Dear hertz,Train your employees to relay correct pricing facts instead of making incorrect statements!
They lied about having cars coming in and they lied about the timing too. Not only that the car they offer me was so overpriced. The enterprise right across was way more courteous and offered me way lower rates than hertz. I would not ever recommend this location at all.
I advice no one to go here. I had the worst experience renting a car from here. First off they charged me for a tank of gas when I received the car the tank was completely empty. They promised me they would not charge for the gas but they still did. Secondly they asked me for my cell phone and filled out a survey themselves. Very unprofessional. After I realized they over charged me I called them back to clarify and they told me the manager would call me the next day. I did not receive any call from them. Attempted to call multiple times afterwards and the line is not in service. Horrible experience.
We went with Expedia managers choice and got Nissan Rouge for the price of the middle-class vehicle! During our rent we asked to add additional driver (my wife) and theyve added her without additional charge! Great service and very responsive team! I would always recommend this Hertz shop to all people who need good value for money!
The absolute worst customer service. The manager, is a tool. Showed up with a confirmed suv reservation as a gold club member, someone even called 5 minutes before I arrived to confirm. When I arrived the manager said the car wasnt available tried to tell me an Impala had as much space as a RAV4.Jokes.Went across the hallway to national and it was literally the best rental experience. Go to national and ask for Lucas. He will get you on the road in the right vehicle, for the right price.
The worst renting experience. The front desk representatives constantly try to upcharge you, do not care about taking care of you, and make the renting experience entirely inconvenient. When I first came to pick up my car, I was originally given a car with a gigantic crack in the windshield. When I said I did not feel comfortable driving a car with this big of a window crack (it was massive), I was told they didn’t have any other cars of this size and so I would have to pay extra for a higher class vehicle. After trying to speak on the phone with Hertz corporate they “somehow” found another car in the same category for me to rent. I had prepaid for my rental in fulll, and tried returning it 2 days earlier than originally booked, and I was willing to bite the costs for this early return. This new representative was telling me it is physically impossible to return the car earlier than the original booking date. Again, I tried speaking with Hertz corporate, and they “somehow” found a way for me to return the car early. I wasted so much time in both picking up and returning. I will never rent here again. Also the cars are filthy and they have very limited selection of inventory. Be warned.

Terrible customer service, Rented the car and 12 hours before my reservation they called me explained not to come for they will not have a cars available. I explained that i have important trip scheduled and we have reservation. The clerk just laughed and said; Good luck and reminded not to come for they wont have any cars. There were no solution offered .
I had to go twice to get my rental because it was not ready, still I had to wait more than 1 hour to get it. they charged me for something I did not order, I was not able to solve the issue through them, I had to call Customer Service to get help, they only were able to give me back less than what they charged me. still I had to pay 80 dollars for something I did not ordered. I do not recommend this place at all. watch out your credit card!!!
SCAM ! Go to another place!They are told me that I can return a car with an empty tank and they will fill it up cheaper than others. Well, I returned a car with 2/4 while took a car with 3/4/ after all they are Charged me $48 for half of the gas tank but full is was $41 when I stopped on a gas station.Don`t agree with their fuel service options, better to fill the tank on your own!Long response on the phone to avoid talking about it ! ! ! kept me on the line over 30 minutes!So I needed to call to hertz customer service and they return in $19.5 BC this location overcharged me and tricked me with an explanation about their fuel service
Be sure you keep your receipts! I was charged nearly 70.00 for gas after I returned my rental with a full gas tank. I spoke with the regional manager and was assured that my money would be refunded. That was 3 weeks ago. Criminal.

Very bad customer service here. I booked a full size SUV on December 9th to be picked up for December 27th to Jan 4th (8 days). When I come here they said they don’t have any and they offered me a smaller SUV. This is very bad. They ruined my vacation plan and now because of Holidays mo one in the town has any full size SUV. Hertz this is bad bad bad customer service. Please don’t trust on hertz anymore specially Th is location on sugar land airport.
Quote you a cheap price online, will not have that car in stock. Will not give you a free upgrade to cars they have, but rather, it is a bait and switch (illegal as hell). They will make you pay an inflated price for what they do have.
I rent from this location regularly and the service is awesome. The manager is Charles and he ensures that all of his customers are satisfied/happy with the services provided. I recently met Justin at this location and his service was great over the phone and in person. I would highly recommend this location to friends, family and colleagues without hesitation.
Went to pick up a rental. Worst customer service I ever had! I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. The employee who was “assisting” us was literally playing and texting on his phone right in front of us instead of making our pick up process faster.

I rented a 18 Chevy Malibu. The car was overdue on an oil change, wipers were horrible, and tires were also bald. The car was not safe at all for the road conditions as the car was hydroplaning on wet surfaces and minimal visibility due to wipers. The car was dirty upon arrival with all the windows had dirty hand prints all over them. When I returned the car I stated all these problems and I forgot one of my personal belongings in the car, not even an hr of me returning and stating that I forgot something the representative automatically gave me attitude and stated it’s not their fault and that they threw away my belongings. I would never refer this location to anyone seeing how the car was poorly maintained and the attitude I received when I returned.
Terrible customer service. I requested a mid size vehicle and was given a compact yet they still charged me for the mid size. The rep told me it was all they had. Ive rented from Hertz before and usually they would upgrade the car if they didnt have the one you requested. The car needed brakes, had a chipped windshield, and had rust stains on the apolstered ceiling (it was a 2017). I used the vehicle and returned it on time. When I returned the vehicle I noticed two mid size vehicles in the Hertz lot, so they lied about having the mid size. I called the day after the return an was kept on hold for 42 minutes. During the time I was on hold I called the Corporate office who assisted me. Worst Hertz location ever!
Geico reserved a vehicle for me at Sugar Land Airport Hertz location in Sugar Land Texas. I arrived with a confirmed reservation.When I arrived at the Herzt location, İ had a terrible treatment by the Herzt agents in front of other customers.I was offered a vehicle that was smaller than the vehicle authorized by Geico. I would think if you are accepting a reservation and if you dont have the size of vehicle that you promise, then you would upgrade, not downgrade.After a heated conversation, one of the agents (not a manager) laughingly decided not to rent the vehicle to me. His name is Muzzy ? When I asked for store manager, they did not want to give me the managers name at first,finally then finally gave me the phone number of the same store for manager.I got stranded in the Herzt location, felt ridiculed, insulted, and failed to pick up my awaiting 10 year old child at her activity location where she got stranded and scared.İ want to make sure that my voice is heard.I have already filed a similar complaint with Hertz Corporation. I hope Hertz values a customers opinion and takes a second look at the attitudes of the agents interacting with customers on Herzt behalf in daily basis. A person does not care about a customer should simply not be at such position. 11/6/2019.

I rent from Hertz a lot but this was my first time at this location. Based on the highly negative postings I was not expecting much. Not to worry, the service was great. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable staff along with a car that was exactly what I needed. Good experience.

Even though you may save $5 on the rental, trust me youll want to spend that $5 and receive better customer service and a better rental with other rental companies. Read on why!Possibly my worst experience renting from Hertz. Usually I have an excellent experience with them. I arrived at the counter to pick up my vehicle, took 30 mins to get my vehicle(Missed a meeting because of it). I told them Ill fill the fuel before I return it if needed and I was greeted with well make sure you do, we charge $10/gallon. The rep pulled up the car, grabbed all the trash out of it and threw it away (clearly the car had not been cleaned since the last time it was rented), 1. I get in the car and the fuel tank is 1/4 full. I look at my contract and it states a full tank. Went back in to let them know, the rep doesnt even apologize for the error/mistake. Tries to cross it out with a pen on the contract rather than changing it in their system. (BTW, they put a sticker on the key with the fuel level from the last rental/cleaning). Again didnt say anything when he handed me the corrected contract. 2. The warning light was on in the car with a big yellow triangle stating Low wiper fluid, the rep ignored the warning, didnt even have the courtesy to fill it up before giving the rental.The car was dirty from the inside, sticky console and buttons.I will say the Enterprise counter across the hall, you will get your rental in 5 mins from the time you hand them your drivers license. RENT there instead!!

Worst location ever. I rent cars all over the United States with my job. I’m a Hertz Gold member, been for years. This is the worst location I’ve ever seen. Horrible customer service. The agents were extremely rude. Booked my car the day before, and when I came to pick it up they still had to vacuum or clean it or something. I had to wait for almost an hour for it to be ready. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Terrible terrible experience. I had an accident and rented a car from other parties insurance. It was Enterprise but swithched to Hertz as Enterprise is out of car. I got the car, drove back home. One hour later, it did not start, tried several times, did not start. Later the night, started, but did not start again in the next morning. Hertz Sugar Land gave me a road assistant number, they spend 30 mins to instruct me to check everything, wont started; then send a AAA road person to come to jump the car, but battery is good, and checked break for two hours, cant start. Finally sent a tow guy to come, but said I have to pay for the car to be towed to Houston airport or I have to drive there myself. I told them none of these makes sense, then the location manager told me, I gave you two options, I am trying to help but you wont let me help you, what is the help?! I would have gieven negative star if I could.
Wished they had negative review option...what a terrible experience with them. I feel like they are scamming people in the name of Hertz. We did online booking to pickup a vehicle, upon arriving we were told they dont have that car and we have to upgrade to higher class. Reading the previous reviews now i see its a trend for them for one reason or another to force people to upgrade. We left cause if its shows in system they should honour it. We call orbitz by which we always book our trips including flights, hotels and rental. Never had any issues ever before. Anyways orbitz called them and they straight up lied to them about us already took the car. So orbitz asked us do we have rental. Of course not...so she asked us to go back and talk to them and they should honour the price. So here we are again in there but with customer service on line with us... these people have some massive guts. He just straight up said he never said any thing about us having car or price to be honoured. The manager jumps in to rescue the employee saying that they dont care what it says from orbitz they do what they have. Anyways. Time wasted and without car still.STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST....PERIODTBETTER TO WALK THEN TO RENT FROM THEM
I was not told they closed before my car was due back on a Saturday they said to just park and leave when I called. But Dropbox or even designated parking wasnt visible even with me and three others looking for it so I had to keep a car I didnt need until the next day they still charged me $100 for the extra day on a 24 dollar a day car..
Dishonest and very slow. Make sure you dont sign up for the extra insurance. They charged me for the extra insurance even though they communicated it was covered under my claim. And as other reviewers have stated, watch your credit card. I will never use them again.

Bad Hertz location to rent if you have no other choice. A few times that I rented Car here, I had to reject and take a different Car as it was smelling cigarette smoke. Be careful or you may be charged for cigarette smell in the car. Also be 100% sure that the Car rented out here will not be washed or vaccumed. Yikes!! I found hair strands and used naphkins. Very bad!!! Also, oil change over due will be flashing in your rental cars console and to be safe, check the tire pressure on your own for your safety. Do not assume Hertz would have taken care of all that.Also, be ready to receive a BAD customer service. Waiting time here is horrible and I had to wait for 40 mins though I was just a 2nd customer in the line. I had to get a Car as usual that was NOT WASHED and as well not vaccumed. I had no choice but to rent as I could not ding my vacation plan, just had to bite the bullet. By the way, I bought a chlorox wipes from Kroger and sanitized the interior of the car to be safe than sorry. Very sad but true, this being a Hertz location, I didnt like the service here and did no not meet its usual standards.

Worst place I’ve ever dealt with called an hour before my pickup time to tell they have my vehicle available and it was booked two weeks in advance paid upfront but takes 7 to 10 to get my refund never again
This is a small operation with limited hours but the staff is always helpful and willing to help.
Had an issue. Got it resolved. Before our resolution, I would have rated 1 star...but since Corporate worked with me, and refunded me for what had simply been a miscommunication....on their part, Ill rate 4 stars. Could have been significantly more clear about the LDW, but oh well....Whats done is done. Future customers need to make sure you understand the LDW, COMPLETELY!!! ASK ANY QUESTION YOU CAN THINK OF!!! It is $12.99 PER DAY! My issue was solved, so I changed my review.

Good morningPer our conversation earlier this morning I am writing this email so you can have something in writing from me stating how dissatisfied I am with the service I received this morning from your facility.Before arriving I called and advise your employee that I will be on my way And that I will be arriving at the return location by 9 AM and I specifically asked how long it will be before I can get a ride to the body shop he said he should be no more than 10 minutes however whenever I arrive to your facility that was not the case. I inquired with your employees at least three times but they kept insisting that lyft was on the way when it actually was not.I understand that you guys are new with doing business with lyft however the customer should not be punished for the incompetence of your employees. After waiting over 50 minutes for my Lyft to arrive the manager J Smith offered me a ride simply because he was going in that direction. By this point I was beyond frustrated and declined his ride. Only reason I feel like he offered his service to me was because While I was waiting at the facility I called and complained with State Farm about the bad service I had received at the hertz.Any reputable company would put customers first and would not lie to them.Why was it that nobody was available to drop me off when I initially asked upon arriving?I feel like I was deceived by the employees because they failed to communicate with me about their lyft program.Had I known that they were going to have a third-party to drop me off I would have made other accommodations instead of wasting my time with hertz.After leaving the facility I immediately called to speak with Jay Smith to advise him of my issues and his response was that he had to get with his employee to get his statement and get back with me, as if I was making all of this up.What would’ve made this experience a lot better was if the employees would have let me know before my arrival when I called that they were going to use a third party. Or maybe one of the employees could’ve offered me a ride when I got there and asked three times adamantly. The employees failed to communicate with the manager on duty by simply advising him of how unsatisfied I am with the service I received instead all I received was a fake apology.

Beware of the employee named Morgan or any employees at this location. They will charge your credit card with services you did not agree with. If you try to get reimbursed for their mistakes and dishonest ways, it will be impossible. Customers are treated like trash at this location due to the IGNORANT, UNEDUCATED, GHETTO employees. Again, stay away from these people!

The people that work here don’t know what they’re talking about
No seating for guests and representatives are not friendly.. Representatives dont even greet... I had been here 5 times and all the time had some kind of bad experience... Also I faced problems 3 times in my booking which I had to follow up multiple times...longest wait I faced once was 1 hour that too with 3 or less customers in queue.. I reported once the problem to manager but no difference.
