I will not recommend this company I was so disappointed. I feel like they sent a handyman to do several different types of work. They have a bad attitude disrespectful. He did not have the right tools once you’re not looking they just try to do things very fast hide it and cover it up not doing the work the proper way.

We shopped around for flooring, but after reviewing the positive comments made by customers we decided to try Lone Star Floors. The salesman Terry was extremely helpful and was patient in showing us various samples. Initially, we were going for ceramic flooring with a wood grain look, but after seeing samples of luxury vinyl we decided to go with that. The salesman came to the house to take measurements and even brought additional samples to make sure we were comfortable with our choice. Later that week, even with pending bad weather, the crew came early to install the flooring. It looks amazing! We were extremely happy with the process from start to finish. It has now been more than a week since they put down 3000+ sq ft of new carpet in my whole house. Their estimate was thousands cheaper than the second best estimate (for similar quality). Im very happy with the quality of the soft, plush carpet, workmanship of the installer crew who did it all in a day, and the service and advice from the sales guy Tareq (Terry). For a little extra they also offered a service to nail down the loose planks on second floor so no more squeaky floors. The installers also moved around a whole bunch of heavy furniture and stuff. Went much smoother than I expected. Thank you again Lone Star Floors. Highly recommend!!

I have to wonder if we were even in the right store! We walked in at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Only one other customer in the store. A guy standing at the door greeted us but never offered to help us. Another guy was sitting behind the desk with his back to the door playing on his phone. We finally asked a question. Got a vague answer and that was it!! We walked out and no one seemed to care. If they have any good products, I will never know! Worst service Ive ever experienced.

So we just had our kitchen and living room done by Lone Star yesterday and we are beyond happy with the end product. There was plenty to choose from, we selected a grey wood tile, and the process was very simple. This whole thing could have been very stressful because my family knows zero about renovations so I had to take over...and I dont know very much either. But after review, the pricing was fair by comparison and we had heard about Lone Star through family members so we decided to go for it. Terry, the sales associate, really sold it though. He was very polite, informative, and communicative. It was nice to have someone help you rather than just try to sell you something. Lone Star Floors—wish I had known them sooner! I tried going through a large flooring warehouse for materials and installation, but it was a terrible experience that dragged on forever. I found out about Lone Star and felt that they sincerely wanted to make their customers happy.I went to their perfectly organized showroom in Sugar Land and was shown a large variety of beautiful flooring options. The process was much smoother than I expected because once I explained what I wanted, Terry showed me flooring in the price range I specified and made no attempt to sell something more expensive. The pricing was very reasonable.I trusted my instincts and made all the arrangements right then. We set up an installation date, and the next thing that happened is the crew arrived as arranged (no hassles). We went over the job and within a few hours they were done. Excellent installation, no damage to the house, balance payment was exactly what Terry said, and the cleanup was pristine.You absolutely cannot go wrong with Lone Star. Best experience ever!

Terry at the Sugar Land store was great. He was friendly and knowledge about all the flooring. Best of all, he came out the same day to measure the house for installation. Their prices are great too! The only problem we ran into was the install team cranking our AC down and keeping the doors wide open.Overall, our experience was great and the floors turned out amazing! The Sugarland store had a large variety to choose from and Terry help me select a a shinny, rectangle tile that looks beautiful in my living room with a vaulted ceiling and fireplace. The one male and one female installers did a good job and cleaned up when finished.I have a cracked tile (1), when a laser art picture in a cheap framewith a glass cover, fell off the wall, about 5 feet (see picture.) The Ambiance 12x24 is fragile and could break ifsomeone dropped a mug or glass while standing up. I just had my living room tiles installed for $3000. and Lone Star Floors replied that abuse is not covered and wants $125.00 to replace 1 tile on my floor that was just completed.***This issue was resolved on 05Aug20*** The lady and man installer replaced the tile and I am happy again. I would like to continue to do business with Lone Star Flooring and I emailed them an inquiry for another room that I want tiled.

Night and day difference in my dining room. I had originally gone to Home Depot for my flooring needs after waiting patiently for the tile to arrive in stock and still not being available I gave up with Home Depot and happened to walk in to LSF. Tariq helped me with picking out my specific tile. It was tough to find the 24 x 24 in this design and then we ran into supply problems, but Tariq made it happen. Within in a week I had a brand new dining room. Thanks again Tariq and the entire LSF team, you’ve definitely earned my future business.

We just finished putting wood-look tile throughout our entire house with the exception of the bedrooms and their respective closets which we carpeted.We ABSOLUTELY LOVE the tile and carpet. I’m very glad I decided to go with Lone Star Floors. I was referred to them by my cousin, who had his carpet done by them. I wanted to get carpets done in 6 rooms of the home I had just purchased. The estimate from the big name home-improvement stores was way more expensive than what Lone Star Floors gave me, and I received much better quality product for a lower price. Terry was very helpful in providing great feedback and advice. He worked with us to provide financing, which was very important for me. He did measurements relatively quickly. A few days later, the installation was completed in a few hours. I would highly recommend Lone Star Floors for your carpet, wood/tile floors, cabinets, etc. needs!

After water damage to 850sq ft of my home, I was trying to get LVP floors to match my previous laminate floor color and design (which I loved). Needless to say I was a very picky customer; but Terry Mansour was extremely patient and accommodating. I went back and forth for a couple of weeks! We have been in our home for 15 years and was dreading the replacement of all of the flooring on the entire 1st floor of our home. I had looked at 4 other flooring stores and could not find the exact color and size of hardwood that I wanted within a reasonable price before going to Lone Star Floors. I spoke with Terry and he was very nice and patient with me and allowed me to bring home as many samples as I needed and gave me the time to make my decision without pressure. Some flooring stores want you to select the hardwoods that you like at the store then they will have a salesman bring them to your home for you to decide what you like when they are there. As with any construction of your home especially while you are living there it is very stressful. Hassan the contractor and his crew were very polite and respectful of my home and furniture. He called each morning to let me know what time the crew would arrive to my house to start the project and was always on time (if you have had any construction in your home you know that this is rare). Hassan would also let me know what the crew would be working on that day and if I had any concerns before they started and they cleaned up the area before they left each day. I feel like they treated our house as if they were putting floors in their own home. Construction is never easy but Lone Star Floors made it as painless as it possible. Will definitely use them again for other projects in the future.

I had a pipe leak that ruined my laminate floors in my kitchen,formals and family rooms about 1100 sq feet.After having my home repiped i needed to replace about 1700 sq feet of laminate because we have laminate in the hallway and a bedroom and the old laminate could not be matched.I contacted Lone Star Floors because they installed some of the original laminate floors and remodeled both of my bathrooms and did a great job on both.Finding a laminate floor we liked was a chore because of all the different laminates made today and alot of the classic looks are not around anymore.Sam was patient and worked with us until we finally found a floor we both liked.Their installers did a great job of moving our furniture around to in order to install all that flooring.It was like moving out and back into the same house and they did a beautiful job.

We just had two bathrooms renovated as well as replaced carpet in four rooms and stairway with engineered wood flooring. Lone Star actually replaced our flooring about 10 years ago in our kitchen and living room so when we were finally ready, we called them again. ZIAD was amazing from the start! He made us feel very comfortable with all of the finishings... so much so that halfway through the job, I told my husband we just need to do whatever Ziad recommended and it turned out better than we expected! Ziad and his crew take great pride in their work and are very professional. We asked them to do some additional painting and we will not hesitate to call Ziad again when we are ready to do other rooms in our home. We highly recommend them for ALL of your renovations!

We’ve just completed phase 3 of what will ultimately be a whole-house renovation. Once again, Lone Star Floors performed beautifully as general contractor. The renovation included paint, mill work, tile, fixtures, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, new shower, tub and carpet. Unforeseen conditions were met with immediate solutions and taken in stride. “No problem” was the rule. Progression of work was logical, coordinated, and organized.Ziad as general contractor is meticulous, flexible, knowledgeable, and honest. He choreographed a diverse group of subcontractors, employees and vendors who were highly skilled and capable. He did it with a smile and a great sense of humor.As an architect for 40 years, I’ve encountered contractors of all capabilities. No contest! Ziad of Lone Star Floors will be our contractor for phase 4.
