These guys are so much more knowledgeable than Chesapeake Square. I was told I could get $140 for my phone towards another over at the mall, but over here I got $800 toward an iPhone 13 with the trade in on the same phone. Definitely will make the longer drive from now on!
Had a really weird issue with new iPhone 12 pro max and had to see Jazz. She was attentive and super friendly. She stayed right on top of it and was able to fix it where online tech support had failed. She’s my go to phone pro now.
Jasmine is awesome! I have been dealing with her the past 3 - 4 years and I am so grateful they have her working in her new management role, I have never had a problem with her she’s amazing every time I come in she has a beautiful welcoming smile and I know she will always take care of me.
Don’t believe the store hours! Apparently those hours are wrong (those are corporate hours) and they close at 8, and it doesn’t matter if you come in before that time (like I did) because they will stop assisting you at 8. The young lady attempting to help me couldn’t focus on me because she was helping another customer and kept bouncing back and forth that she would forget my questions every time or be short with her answers. Been a customer of ATT for over 10 years and have consistently seen their quality of in person service go down. Disappointing.
Highly recommend going to this store!!!!!Jasmine was literally the best!!!!!! She is so chill!!! She made me feel so much less anxious about switching phones. She was very knowledgeable on everything that came up. She did everything she could to get me the absolute best deal, and made sure my account was right and I that had all my available discounts. She made sure all the stuff I wanted was switched over to my liking and even made sure my battery was charged 😂 it’s the little things. 😊I can’t thank her enough. She made my experience so much less stressful. Thankful for the great customer service and patience of the gentlemen that helped us get 3 phones up and running. Jason was especially knowledgeable and patient, even when I called thinking my phone had been dropped. He quickly realized I had not taken off the protective film and it was peeling. Whenever I have a bad experience in a business that I’m a paying customer I usually don’t return to that business or should I say location. Well today in a rush, I stopped by for a screen replacement. Let’s just say I had to commend the two young men on their excellent customer service. I was not ignored as I was in the past and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great job to Mr. Hector and Mr. Tre’!! I will now return to the harbor view location and not travel far for my AT&T services.
We were helped at the Harbourview AT&T by Tony and Tray and it was the best customer experience we have ever had at an AT&T store. Tony and Tray were consummate professionals and extremely knowledgeable on all products and services. Also, they were very patient and kind.
I can’t say enough about the staffing in the store. Jasmine, Tony, Hector and Trey. everyone was wonderful and supportive they took their time to help me. I definitely felt like a VIP.

I came in because my phone was blocking only certain incoming phone calls. Jasmine & Hector figured out the issue and fixed it after struggling with this problem for a year. Come see them! THEY ROCK!
My friend went in for a simple transfer of billing responsibility that takes maybe 5 minutes to do. She was told it couldn’t be done in the store, even though we have over 10 years of working in the stores with ATT combined. All of the proper notes were on the account as well.When she asked for the manager to take a look at the “issue”She was then told “don’t tell me how to do my job”I think this store needs to retake customer service trainings.If she was going in for a sale, they would’ve offered her the world.But since she had an actual service question she was treated as if she never should’ve entered the store.
At the second the sales know I just want to transfer my line out to prepaid, means that he is not getting any commission from me, he told me I can ONLY call customer service to transfer my line. it was a straight lie. This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. I love AT&T’s service but they need to start training the store rep, not everything is about themselves’ commission, building up the reputation of the company you work for is important too. The manager was helpful and polite.
When you walk in and all the employees are kicked back playing on there phones.... not much is expected.Then when you ask for a certain phone and the salesman says its in the dumpster...dont expect much after that.
Worst customer service I have ever had in a retail store. I was talked to in a very condescending manner by Denzel. They provided zero help and passed on taking any responsibility for AT&T admitted error. I would never set foot in this store again and will take my business to another carrier.
My phone was stollen and I thought a big phone company would help out I got a police report and they said send a claim.in get another phone pay the insurance deductible or pay my phone balance off and upgrade. This world kindness has be stolen. Looking for another carrier.
Awful customer service! I went to this location to turn in my devices for the trade in event.. and the Store Manager would not help me. He was too busy tri g to get new lines added that despite corporate directing me to turn them in at this location.. they would not. I would drive a few extra miles to go to a more customer service oriented locations.Stay away!!
Disappointed. I was excited to move my plan over with my husband and not only was there only 2 people working but my phone wasn’t even set up properly. I moved from another carrier to this . If I knew this was the issues I knew I was going to encounter, I would’ve stayed with sprint. Thinking about going back after this experience .
Although I had to wait a while, it was worth it to get the unlocked phone I bought to be set up. The woman was attentive and helpful. I appreciate what she did to help me. When she could not help me, she went to a co-worker who told her to try a different way to help, and it worked. I appreciate everything she did for me. Unfortunately, I dont remember her name. She was great and helpful. I am glad you have good people working for you.

Currently standing in the store, all employees are “helping clients.” But in their downtime rather than assisting other customers they are watching football or on their own phones. After I walked by the guy watching football for 15 minutes he got up to go back to watching a phone transfer for his “current customer.” Sadly, I’m here because I upgraded a phone earlier for my dad and the SIM card isn’t detected upon giving it to him.

I keep making the mistake of coming back to this store because it is right near my house. I have been sitting here now for an hour trying to get my wifes phone looked at, and Ive been ignored. The staff have no sense of urgency whatsoever and they say be right with you without getting up, then ignore you while sitting casually chatting with others. Never again. Leaving now and taking my business to Chesapeake.

I just walked in the store and not one associate greeted me or acknowledged my presence I was in the store for 10 mins. There were customers in the store waiting at tables to be helped. Im not sure at all who actually worked there because they were dressed in street clothes, nothing professional that I could tell to distinguish the associates from the clients. I continued to walk around the store looking at phones which none of them were turned on so that someone could look at the features. They were missing a few sample phones so I assume they are either out of those phones or recalled. I have had great experiences at this location before but I was highly disappointed in the service this time. I know there were customers ahead of me,so I wasnt expecting immediate service but a quick greeting and maybe a we will be with you shortly from someone, but nothing. There was one woman that was supposedly an associate, looked right at me as I was looking at products never said a word just smiled and walked into the back store room. Just disappointed. Maybe it was a bad night but I wont drive back to this store to find out.

My husband and I walked into AT&T wanting to switch from Verizon. We were not greeted when we walked in, we walked around for about 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us. There was one employee helping another couple, and 2 employees just sitting down talking.
