The BEST and I mean the BEST company to rent from. They are really nice and responsive. Lynn Johnson is the best, she goes above and beyond and she is also very helpful and caring, she went out of her way, above in beyond to help me.

Signed documents on April 15th for a property We purchased from them and it’s April 28th and they still haven’t removed the lock box from the house. When I asked my agent about it the company told them they had been out to remove it and the door was locked which is a lie. So I had to remove the whole door knob to change the locks. Please be aware when dealing with them.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent from cross reality because of the unprofessional CUSTOMER SERVICE, the disrespectful conversation over the phone, the unsatisfactory of maintenance, and if you’re a tenant and if you have a problem to report to cross reality, they will simply ignore anything that you have to complain about, cut across your point and hang up the phone. Just take it from my experience, they are not a good recommendation that I would recommend anyone to!

Great customer service, great atmosphere, awesome agents.

Cross Realty is the equivalent of those shady used car salesmen you hear about. Lyn in particular is rude, and unprofessional. The house that we are renting was not properly vetted. Ants in the home when we moved in, AC that cannot keep up but they forgot to mention that initially and only remembered after we signed the lease and it was 77 degrees in our house at night. I do not recommend them at all for rentals and they are not a true property management company, more like a rental broker.

I have read the reviews and was giving Cross Reality to rent from or get a home from and I see that they are rude from the comments so I will continue to look for another company

I had the best experiance with Cross Realty and their agent Rudy Copeland. He really went above and beyond the call of duty. He kept me informed when there was a showing and then gave me feed back. Rudy is true to himself, kind, honest and considerate towards others. I know he will have lots of success in real estate because he works so hard to get the job done. THANK YOU RUDY!!!

Let me first start out by saying Margaret and Rudy are AMAZING! My husband and I just became first time homeowners thru Cross, and we could not be happier. From start to finish both Margaret and Rudy were patient, committed, and attentive. When I say they put in the hours, THEY PUT IN THE HOURS. They would accommodate our busy work schedules by meeting at the office after hours, and would send updates as soon as they got them- even if it’s at 9 at night, just so we could be in the loop. They are about the most friendly and kind professionals you could ask for in an agent. Hands down, they will be my recommendation for everyone I meet.
