I’m not usually one to have reviews but my service experience here was so excellent I had to! Amazing staff and phenomenal service! Went in to have my engagement ring fixed, they helped me immediately and had it repaired in under 10 minutes! Will never use another jewelry repair store ever again! So impressed and so happy I went here!

I have been going to Bruce for years now for all my jewelry needs, and they knock it out of the park every time. He has a good selection in-house, and can order most anything you can think of at a reasonable price. Their jewelry repair and modification services are especially quick and high-quality; a rarity these days it seems. Plus they are a family owned and operated business of very nice folks. Check them out, you wont be disappointed.

I went by today to have my ring prongs tightened up. They did the repair quickly and gave some great advice for maintenance. I will definitely be back.

I had the batteries replaced in 3 watches and the staff was very pleasant and prices reasonable.

Ill start with the positives, The staff were friendly and polite, and seemed very well versed on different types of stones and mountings. Other than that I cant say much in a positive manner.My fiancés engagement ring is a custom ring with an opal center stone, and opal being a soft stone, it fell out of its setting one day and we lost the stone. So I took it into D B Bowles to see if they could get an opal to cut and set, I dropped it off in November of 2015 and after a few weeks they hadnt called, so I called, they told me that they had just gotten some stones in and were going to call me the next day to come in and look at them. When I showed up all the stones seemed that they would be too small for the setting once they were cut, they assured me this wasnt the case so I went with their judgment and picked a stone a few more weeks passed and they hadnt called so I called, once again they told me they were just about to call me because they had a problem with the size of the stones (GO FIGURE!) So I came back in to talk they said the stones were too small and theyd order more. Well after many weeks and many times back and forth they finally got a stone cut and fitted, and get this, they didnt cut it the way I asked. I had asked for an emerald cut and they gave me some strange mix of an emerald and cushion cut. I was tired of dealing with them so I took the ring and left. So the short of the long, they had my ring for 5 months and didnt do what I asked of them, I personally will never be using this business again, and I advise against other people who need jewelry repaired to do the same and avoid giving this place your business.

I shopped several jewlers prior to finding DB Bowles Jewlers. I had an old ring that I had reshanked and an enhancer added to it. They took the time to educate us on our piece. The price was very resonable in comparison to the other places we shopped. The finished product is absolutly beautiful. The customer service is amazing. I highly recommend them.

From the moment I walked in door, the staff were professional and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I highly recommend this jeweler all my family and friends.
