Good people quality work

They further damage my vehicle and said it was our fault. My dashboard had to come off and they broke my radio screen and further damage my dashboard.They also had my car for almost a month and didnt fix anything saying the part was on back order for a month. Yet the dealership has no issue ordering the part. I couldnt wait any longer and had to pick up a further damaged and unfixed car.

Josh is always up-front and honest when diagnosing your vehicle. Does fantastic work at a good price. Reliable and good mechanics are hard to find, but Chiltons is that place if your looking.

Called and made an appointment the soonest they could get me in was a week later no problem they told me they had the part in stock and would get the repair done that day at 5 o’clock I called to make sure the truck was ready they told me they hadn’t even looked at it they would get it done the next day I waited two more days with no return phone call, called into check and they said the part had to be ordered after continuing to wait almost 3 weeks I had to call in every time only to find out the truck was ready After over three weeks and the total was different than the cost of what was initially quoted nothing but excuses instead of getting an explanation they just transferred me to somebody else that told me I needed to do my job and let them do their‘s this place is a complete joke don’t waste your time or energy.

Highly recommend! My family and I were in town from Florida for Thanksgiving. Prior to leaving from Florida we had our oil changed at Jiffy Lube. Well, come to find out after driving to Virginia, the technician at Jiffy Lube had stripped out the threads in my drain pan in my 2009 Honda Accord. Long story short, Chiltons Auto Service were recommended to me by another repair shop that was concerned about any liability with the repair. Chiltons didnt bat an eye. They answered my questions, put me at ease, and made the repair to my car within an hour of my arrival, and the price I feel was more than fair. I recommend that you use Chiltons for fair and honest service.

Today I called about getting a estimate on a job to perform on my truck I was on hold for over 15 minutes not saying they dont do good work because they do and I dont want to think that my skin color has anything to do with it but I think it does why put me on hold like that when I want to do business but I guess my money is not green enough nor is my skin white enough.

The best auto repair I have ever used. My car is always fixed on time, they communicate well. The prices are fair and reasonable and the people are friendly. I highly recommend them.

I don’t recommend this place for small business owners! My work van broke down on Wednesday night I had it towed to their shop. Thursday they said they could get to it. At the end of the day I called them and they said they ran behind and would get to it Friday after lunch. I called at the end of the day they said they was looking at it. I called Monday around 3 pm they said they was still looking at it. I went up to the shop Monday night only to see my van in the same spot I left it and no work done what so ever. I went up Tuesday morning at 10 am van still sitting outside. I asked for my key and had it towed to suffolk automotive where they got to it as soon as it was dropped and fixed same day even though they was busy they knew I needed to get back to work! Your $1000 dollar loss Chilton’s!

Honest and trust worthy people. They didnt charge me a cent when they were unable to find a solution for an intermittent problem I had with my headlights. He said he didnt feel like it was right to charge me anything for a problem they were unable to fix. They spent hours working on it though. Wow! Who does that!? These guys.

My car sat at this shop for 2 months with nothing being done. After calling weekly and being lied to. I would never recommend them to anyone. Go somewhere else.
