Trey and Mike installed a new AC exchange unit for me a few weeks ago. While they were working they noticed that my furnace was also in much need of repair. They helped me work it out with my home warranty company and left the hook up for the AC and furnace so that it was easier to install the second part later and saved me some money in the process. Theyre very professional and friendly and didnt leave either job without making sure all of my questions were answered and showing me how everything worked. Our home warranty contacted M & J Services to troubleshoot our a/c unit. From the initial visit to the installing of a new unit, M & J has been nothing but professional, great communicators and on time which is rare. Bailey and John did a fantastic job with the installation. Bailey took pictures of the handler so I could see it (attic), looked very clean, no mess. He also took pics of the outside unit and explained what they did and how the unit will be more cost effective. Told me how often I should change the filters and asked if I had any questions. He even asked did I want him to set the thermostat to a certain temperature. They left my house and property the way they found it which was a plus. No one would ever know they were here. I have nothing but great things to say about this whole process from start to finish. I cannot rate the value or quality because the warranty company handled it. Based on our experience, I highly recommend this company.

My A/C went right before the a very hot weekend! Service request made on Tuesday, tech came on Thursday and had to order part for repair. Some how they got part for install on Friday and Tray finished off the install. Could have asked for a more timely repair.

The communication was great leading up to their visit, and Andrew, their tech called just prior to arriving. Home warranty service had three different companies come out to repair our Upstairs air conditioning. Third time was a charm! In less than a week they diagnosed my issue and completed the repair. My HVAC went out last week and we filed a claim with our Home Warranty Company on Sept. 8, 2012, I was shocked when we received notification that we had an appointment on Friday September 10Th with M&J between 7 AM and 11 AM I thought it would take longer as I know there has been a high demand due to the heat. We wee notified Friday about 9:30 that Trayvon the technician was on his way. We could not have asked for a more caring and knowledgeable professional person to do business with. My technicians throughout the entire process were extremely professional. Would never call them again since they didnt bother to go the extra mile to get the job done or even started. Very dissatisfied that they didnt bother to fix it since the ac was dirty. In order to fix it they had to clean it first for a 500 dollar charge and then they can fix it. So before they come to fix your ac make sure your ac is clean ladies and gentleman.

M&J is by far the best Heating and Cooling service company in the local area - Head and Shoulders above the other companies. I called Mike the owner this morning after experiencing problems with one of my units last night. The technician Trey came out and as he was during my annual maintenance; he was extremely professional and informative. He immediately assessed and identified my problem and within a short period of time my unit was back online. What seems like a pattern he did not leave until all of my questions/concerns were addressed. OUTSTANDING technical and customer services rendered today. M&J you guys are simply the BEST!

My heating system was making a funny sound, called my warranty company and they sent someone out to fix it and they tried multiple times. Nothing came from it so my warranty company called someone else out and they were not helpful either. Finally MJ Services picked up the new claim my warranty company sent out. They came out and diagnosed the issue which was that my entire heating system needed to be replaced. They came out again for the install and didnt take them long at all. Timely and professional. John and Bailey notified me when they were on the way giving enough time to not be surprised by them showing up. Follow up was made. Everything works great now. Feels great to have temperature control in my house.

Loved the fact he came out and didnt leave till he had finished the job, explained all the steps and issues so we werent left in the dark. M&J services diagnosed our cooling problem for our 2nd Floor and 3rd floor unit. Tray thoroughly cleaned our 2nd unit. It began cooling immediately. Tray followed up the next day with a courtesy call. The M&J staff worked expeditiously with our warranty company to get our 3rd floor unit replaced and ordered. Mike, Tray and John made a service call to our house to replace our 3rd floor HVAC system on a SUNDAY, 6/13/2021. They removed the old unit and installed the new unit—and took the time to explain to us how the new unit works more efficiently and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. First of all I appreciate the fact that I was notified when the M & J technician was on the way to my home. Very professional and gave my HVAC a complete assessment as to why it was having issues. I was given appropriate recommendations. Mike was very friendly and respectful. I would recommend M&J to anyone needing their services.

Bailey and John were awesome, and so was M&J. I went through my home warranty and after another company they recommended ghosted me after 6 weeks of back and forth, M&J had the job done right in a few days. They kept me informed of the status, showed up on time for install, and had everything done quick. This was for HVAC gas pack complete replacement. My only suggestion would be to add a card/ chip reader for payment. I would not hesitate to use again. Oh, and final cost was 40% LESS than quoted amount for what the warranty company didnt cover.

M&J Services came out to check on my HVAC units which they installed a couple months earlier. Unfortunately my problem is with the air ducts which they do not handle but they provided me with another company with the same integrity and honesty as theirs. M&J treats their customers with so much respect and they make us feel like family. I will continue using them for as long as they and I are still around and I cant say enough about how pleased I am with them.

Trey came and serviced my furnace. He explained the importance of changing my filter helps the life of my furnace and prevents mold and clogging the pipes. He was very professional. He also explained checking my filter every month to see how much dirt can gather up on it. He also explained that homes with a high occupancy of traffic can cause dirt build up quickly more so than a home with less occupancy. He was very informative.Thanks for a job well done!

I put in a claim for my Air Conditioner yesterday the first hot day this year of course it’s not working. They called email and texted me within 15 minutes. I had an appointment set for first thing this morning between 7-11. Tray called me when he was 20 minutes away and arrived on time wearing a mask. We had our furnace go out in early December of course. We have a home warranty so we went through them and they set us up with M&J. They literally called us 10 mins after hanging up with home warranty and we had an appointment the next day. They quickly assessed our issue the only thing was we had to wait for the part! Our AC unit was not working MandJ services said we should just get a new one so we went through the Home warranty which took forever. My claim was started in March and its now November. The home warranty could not find parts MandJ services bought the parts. Bailey and John where very timely and polite.
