This place deserves every star it has received from other customers.I rented a floor sander for an intensive, time-sensitive home project and they ensured I had everything necessary to complete the task. They offered advice on sandpaper required for the machine, which proved very accurate, and even refunded me for material not used. They even called me back because some sand paper I left with them wasnt theirs!Overall, very attentive, knowledgeable, and convenient.One note: I was late picking the machine up, and was told that others on a waitlist may have received the machine. This hadnt occurred to me, but because no deposit is needed it makes sense. So, if you rent, make sure to pick it up at the time reserved.

Amazing Staff, very professional.Mag is super patient, I had to change my reservation 2 times due to weather and my vehicle availabilty, she was very polite and modified reservations to meet my needs. Also, the staff who helped to load aerator was super courteous and even lend me set of ramps for me to use. Will definetly rent equipment from this place now on..... Thank you guys....

I recently rented from Sudbury True Value and had a wonderful experience. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous and efficient. The office is clean and the folks behind the counter get you in and out as quick as possible with no fuss or confusion. The machine I rented was in tip top shape and was reasonably priced. Ive rented from HD a couple times down the road and each time I had a bad experience so this was a very nice change. I cant recommend these folks enough!

This business does a great job. I picked up and dropped off some table and chair rentals for a baby shower and both times the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great selection of stuff.
